Pros: The room was clean with exception to the front of bathroom vanity. It hadn't been wiped down in a while. But overall, I was okay with the cleanliness.
The bed was really comfy and the room was VERY dark for sleeping.
The various staff was friendly and responsive.
They do have a dessert time at night, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was typical sausage patties, eggs, biscuits/gravy, waffle maker that guest ALWAYS seem to screw up because they don't spray it before using, cereals, etc..
The best thing we found about this place is the convenience of the location. It is within quick minutes drive to Branson Landing, Sight and Sound and other popular attractions.
Facilities are old but updated. (They were painting the exterior when we arrived).
Cons:
There was a bit of a funky smell upon arrival. But it either went away or we got used to it.
One morning we ran out of hot water. Fortunately we weren't on a schedule, so I just waited for it to get hot again. That could have been a bad thing had we been on a schedule.
The first couple of nights, the heat/air unit was fine, but when it got really cold outside, the heat never shut off, making the room way too hot for sleeping. (Thermostat must be within the unit just under the window) I finally got up and shut it off, but it was pretty chilly the next morning. Not very good windows.
Overall, we were most happy with the location and would probably stay again.
