Great price. Great choice.

We weren't sure at first this hotel would be a good choice because it looked like a older hotel, but decided to go with it bc the price was great and location. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we love Baymonts now. Beds and pillows were even more comfortable than the hiltons and Ritz's We have stayed in, light is completely blocked out by curtians, very very quiet, and clean. Breakfast was good too. No complaints.

Rooms outdated. Indoor pool area not clean, and water cold (not heated as advertised). After a full day of sightseeing, returned to the hotel at 7:30 pm to a room that had not been cleaned and had no clean towels. Would not recommend.

Our hotel is an older building but it was renovated in 2009 and we continually try and do updates on it. We do have a heated indoor pool and will definitely have maintenance look at it to make sure the temperatures are where they need to be. We have addressed your housekeeping issue with our head housekeeper. It is unacceptable that you did not receive service and we do apologize for it. If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to ask.

Not what we expected

Our air was not working, we had to get up several times throughout the night to adjust due to it shutting down. Once we did that it would stay on maybe 10 mins then shut down again. Needless to say both nights we stayed the evening was miserable. We did talk with maintenance the 1st day and they were very nice and said they would get it fixed. I don't believe they fixed it. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable and our room did not get cleaned. But each time we came back by our room either there cleaning cart was in front of our door,which we had to move out of the way or they were right next to our room. Not sure why we were missed. Over all very disappointed!

It's ok. That's it just ok. Probably get the same quality room cheaper by shopping around.

close to the attractions

The bathroom tub was dirty and found dirty towel hanging up return to the room. I reserved a Queen size bed. I went to the staff that was on duty about I told her I reserved a queen size bed not full size bed but she insist I was sleeping in queen size bed and all rooms have queen size beds in it. I am confident I know what a full size and queen size looked.

Old and dirty

Cons: Clean!!!!
Location: On the main strip. Traffic is noisy
The hotel is dirty and old. The elevator and hallways our dirty. Our tub was full of long black hair and and the bathroom and room floors were dirty. Our sheets were so pilled it felt like we were sleeping on sand paper. The maids picked up our wet, dirty towels OFF THE FLOOR and plopped them back up in a pile in the bathroom for us to reuse. They did not leave us clean towels. Stay away from this place.

Budget hotel offers basics at affordable price

Pros: It was budget priced, had a clean pool, decent breakfast and the housekeeping staff did a great job on the rooms.
Cons: Be more responsive to issues when guests complain about noise late at night
Location: The hotel is in Branson and is close to the major highway.
We had two adults and two children for a 5 day stay. The room had two queens and was small compared to most rooms we stay. Due to unforeseen weather, we spent more time in the room then we had planned. Overall the rooms and halls were quiet. One night, our end of the hotel was subjected to a loud and lengthy family fight. This started about 9:30 and concluded about 3:00 am. When guests complained, the office replied they were aware of the situation and it had been addressed. The hotel was full so moving to another room was not an option. We turned the TV up loud so our Grandchildren would not have to listed to the screaming and cursing. This was the last night of our stay so we were leaving regardless. Hotel management's response was the offending party was checking out so the issue was "resolved". Hotels have "issues" with guests every day/week. What sets Hotels apart is how they handle the "issues" and placate the offended guests. This hotel came up short (according to several rooms of guests) in addressing an issue that continued for 6 hours through the night. Family Feud was not on the list of shows we planned to see in Branson.

Great location.

Pros: The convenience of the hotel appreciated.T
Cons: The driveway was steep but mostly we used back entrance which wasn't so steep.
Location: Entertainment and restaurants were closeby.
Location was great. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good.
