When we first checked in the girl at the front desk was obviously ill, sneezing, running nose, probably a fever, spreading germs and angry. The brochures in the room were over a month old. When we inquired at the desk the sick girl laughed at us and told us Branson was closed for January and people were laid off. We went out for a bite to eat. When we returned our room smelled like a wet dog, dogs barked at all hours of the night. My husband stepped in dog poop coming back in from the front of the hotel. Our room was filthy, and had fleas. We were to spend two nights there. We checked out early and was not refunded our money for second night. This was the worst place ever and will never stay at a baymont hotel again and would not even recommend it to a dog.

We apologize for your experience during your recent stay at our hotel. We are a pet friendly hotel and there was a dog show in town so there was an abnormally high amount of dogs in the hotel. We apologized for the inconvenience this cause you during your stay. During the winter time most of Branson does shut down. Everything opens back up again around the first week of March. Due to your experience we sent in a request to Expedia to refund both nights to you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future.
