Easy access to Branson activities

Pros: Good selection for breakfast. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: nothing
Location: It was easy to get on the freeway or go the other ways to activities such as shos and th Titanic Museum
We enjoyed our stay and the price was good as it was off season

Nice hotel

The staff was great, very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located, accessible to everything.

Nice hotel near Dixie Stampede

Nice hotel for the price. Older building but clean and comfortable. Seemed very safe and staff was friendly.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: The beds were excellent. The carpet seemed new and was clean.
Cons: Perhaps a bigger bathtub but I'm not sure that can be done, but they were small and I'm a small woman and felt crowded.
Location: It's right on the strip as you come off I-65 onto Country Market. Easy access in and out. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Entertainment is close
The room was very clean. The beds seemed brand new and very comfortable, slept like a rock which is hard for me to do when I'm away from home. The only downfall, the bathtubs are small but it is an older hotel. It's right on the strip in Branson and easy to get in and out of. Pool is inside and my grandchildren really enjoyed their time playing in it. Hot tub worked fine. This is a really good place to stay and we will definitely be back. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast but my daughter and granddaughter said it was good.

Good for the prince

Pros: location and friendlyness of the overnight staff
Cons: the breakfast and the pool temperature
Location: near the landing and lots of places to eat
We stayed here over the weekend. We traveled from about 12.5 hours away and got into town a bit earlier than anticipated. The staff was nice enough to let us into our room before check in so we had time to settle in before we got busy with everything else planned. The pool was nice, a bit cold, but the kids had a blast. The only complaint I had was there was a stain on the bedding (we tried to tell the staff but every time we went down stairs they were gone, and once we heard back from them the kids were already asleep and I wasn't waking them. We just stripped the part of the bed off and I had an extra blanket in the car they used. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but it was free so not complaining. We will probably stay here again when we come back into town. For the price and the location it worked well for us. Thank you

We will have our maintenance workers look in to the pool temperature. We are shutting down the pool for preventative maintenance this next week and will have them look at it to be sure everything is working correctly. We have also let our housekeeping supervisor know about the stain on the bedding. We will work harder to make sure that the proper precautions are in place when our laundry and housekeepers are working so that we are not missing anything. We look forward to your next stay with us!

Friendly and Helpful

Pros: Location was excellent as was the cost for a simple traveler.
Cons: Breakfast was adequate and good, but not anything to get excited about. Considering the room rate, however, I am quite satisfied with everything.
Location: Branson, Missouri in the "dead" of offseason
I came to briefly visit my son at a local school and to swap vehicles with him. I received very good attention and help from the staff. After leaving and getting back home, I realized I had left a prized T-shirt in the room. They checked the room, called me back and told me they had located the shirt for my son to retrieve. I also found a local Ford franchise to be very helpful and considerate.

dog hotel

Pros: absolutely nothing.
Cons: No pets and a deep clean and an exterminator called in.
Location: location was away from any restaurants, shows or attractions.
When we first checked in the girl at the front desk was obviously ill, sneezing, running nose, probably a fever, spreading germs and angry. The brochures in the room were over a month old. When we inquired at the desk the sick girl laughed at us and told us Branson was closed for January and people were laid off. We went out for a bite to eat. When we returned our room smelled like a wet dog, dogs barked at all hours of the night. My husband stepped in dog poop coming back in from the front of the hotel. Our room was filthy, and had fleas. We were to spend two nights there. We checked out early and was not refunded our money for second night. This was the worst place ever and will never stay at a baymont hotel again and would not even recommend it to a dog.

We are a pet friendly hotel and there was a dog show in town so there was an abnormally high amount of dogs in the hotel. We apologized for the inconvenience this cause you during your stay. During the winter time most of Branson does shut down. Everything opens back up again around the first week of March. Due to your experience we sent in a request to Expedia to refund both nights to you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future.

Great hotel on the strip easy access to highway .

Location: No strip easy acess to highway
Nice place to stay. Very clean .nice hot tub. This was a late night reservtion and turned out to be the best part of the day.
