wonderful staff

Staff was amazing. Only problem we had was the shower going from hot to cold but they were completely booked for the weekend.

Clean hotel in great location

Cons: Air conditioning, breakfast area, nicer staff
Location: Wonderful location right next door to Pasghetti's, Montana Mike's, Titanic Museum, and right across the street from the wax museum
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel right in the middle of all the action on 76. I was a little disappointed at check-in, however, as I had requested a ground floor room because I was traveling with my handicapped mother. I was told that when booking with a third party, such as Expedia, the staff never sees the requests, therefore, they are not granted. I've booked Expedia hotels for years and have never encountered this problem. The management did send a reply stating that they are working on a new property management system to receive requests and that a large party had previously booked the first floor rooms months ago. The hotel was clean and quiet. We booked a room in the main building with interior hallway and queen beds. The room was spacious, updated, and I especially appreciated the double sinks. The beds were pretty comfortable and the linens were nice. It was very hot outside, so we had to operate the air on high and 64 degrees constantly to keep the room cool. The pool areas were nice and clean. I cannot comment on the breakfast area because it was too crowded each day to get inside the door. In other reviews I've read, this seems to be the norm. Also, our coffee pot was not cleaned and coffee was not replenished each day. We had to go to the front desk twice to get more toilet tissue, because no extra roll was left after cleaning, but the room was cleaned to perfection.

It was "ok"

Pros: The staff was always pleasant.
Cons: Provide more options for a hot breakfast or have some things premade (pancakes etc).
Location: Great location. You can walk to many attractions. Be prepared to have to wait awhile to get out onto the street if driving! Heavy traffic all day!
Rooms were VERY small. Water pressure was minimal. Ended up eating at the restaurant across the street because of a lot of people at the free breakfast and not enough seating. Plus you had to wait a long time to make a waffle or pancakes. We tried going to breakfast at different times and it was the same or they were out of food. We had to ask for toilet paper because they wouldn't leave any extra in the room. You will get what you pay for.

We are sorry that we did not exceed your expectations. Summer is an extremely busy time with families visiting, yes we agree the breakfast room gets crowded. We leave two rolls of toilet paper in every room and always add more when requested. Bob W - GM

Nice place

If you're looking for something new this is not the place but if you are looking for friendly and clean place to stay, this is it. My kids loved our suite, pool out our back door and the hot breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in the center of town

Our stay at the Best Western was great! Hotel was within walking distance to many attractions and food spots. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, typical of a continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Branson!

Good breakfast variety of foods bathroom small lo cation good nice outside hot tub not a lot of stations on tv had to walk up hill for breakfast loved that good exercise 3 people in room to small for that many

We have a variety of rooms all in different locations around the property. Our queen size beds are all located in our main building where the breakfast and indoor pool are located. Not Helpfull !!!

Booked for 3 nights and had to leave in 2 nights and told then early in morning ,said they could not do anything about it cause we had booked through Hotels.com and they could help us Cause they said you should have booked through us. Second day they removed towels and bath mat we had used and did not replace any of them.They did not even try to help us so Best Western is not on my place to stay on my trips.The girls working the morning breakfast were very nice, Duane Johnson Eden Prairie,MN

Our front desk agent tried to explain to you that since you made your reservation through Hotels.com, you must change or cancel your reservation through Hotels.com. Our front desk agent wrote in the comments on your folio that we might receive a call from Hotels.com but we never did. We deeply regret the misunderstanding. We have a very good working relationship with many of our third party partners and they usually are very understanding when a guest needs to leave early. It still might not be too late to call them.
