Me and my family stayed here for a trip to Branson. I love that we were all able to sleep in the same room (there were a total of 7, one being a baby). I recommend.

It’s okay.
We didn’t know the water park was closed until after our non refundable booking. I waited in the front for at least 15 minutes. They said call a number for help and I did that. And no phone rang after all the options. The guy was fine when they helped me and apologized. Just frustrating. It seems like it will be cool once it gets the pool open. Will try again if the rates are good.

Everyone was wonderful at the hotel staff was friwndly breakfast was great. The watee park waa under construction but thwy compensated us for that and our trip was wonderful!

This was a horrible trip for a spur of the moment quick vacation. There were more pictures of the working water park than room accomodations (for good reason) come to find out after solely picking this spot over several other cheaper option just for the water park,and booking the nonrefundable trip that the water park is closed for the first quarter of the year. Sine it is the end of May we figured this would not be an issue, and the trip was nonrefundable now anyway. When we get there the waterpark was still under construction so that ruined that evenings plans. We were put in an older room as the room we were going to get had the air-conditioning not working. The tv only had local channels as the cable was not working. They moved us to an updated room that was cleaner with an updated tv and decore. The sink in the new room did not work properly and would not drain. In switching us room we were not given new room keys. Later on that night someone must have been given our room keys by mistake as they attempted to get in our room. If not for the deadbolt they would have walked right in. All in all if not for being tricked into booking this "resort" with a waterpark that was not operating we never would have stayed here. The staff did their best to deal with the issues but they were behind the eight ball from the start. Very disappointing

We also re-confirm this when booking as an email so that we communicate and not misinform any of our guests. We are slated to open the waterpark shortly and of course the photos are there for future reservations that will be enjoying our newly scheduled waterpark with their room. I personally apologize and please note, we just took over this hotel and we will have a great property very soon. We hope to have a second chance to make a better first impression.

The hotel and the water park was closed for repairs… we was told that some amenities might not be available and nothing was open water park nor hotel. They moved us too bransinns hotel across the street.

Expedia could have done a better job letting me know that the indoor pool was closed this whole year for maintenance. The hotel called to tell me the day of, but Expedia should have done that sooner. The hotel staff was very friendly and our room was clean.

Hotel smelled!! Elevator was out of service. The exterior door in the stairwell had been removed and it was simply a case opening in the wall. Doors from stairs to floor hallways were not locked so there was no type of security or protection for customers. Place was so bad, ended up going to another facility to stay the night!!!

Their inhouse water park was closed. They called the day b4 to tell us that. No kitchen 4 breakfast and they didn't even get their waffle maker to work. I had a plugged toilet and all they did was hand me a plunger...WOW!!!

Horrible! No water park as advertised! Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned, trash taken out or fresh towels. Breakfast….what a joke!!! One broken elevator and maintenance men standing outside our room early, early Sunday morning talking about all the work they thought should get done!!!! Awful!!! Don’t get trapped here, you’re children will be disappointed with only a baby pool and one small light in the night compared to the water park advertised!!!

Not bad, but could have been better
I recommended checking to see if the indoor water park is up and running before booking because we didn't find out it was closed until we got there, which was SUPER disappointing for our kids. This was the whole reason we chose it. The service was pretty good except our room ran out of toilet paper and they didn't have any at thr front desk.

The room was All right I was just pointed that the indoor water park was down for maintenance even though there was nobody actually working on it the whole time we were there our TV wouldn’t come in but like three or four channels the continental breakfast was not what I was expecting I was expecting more than that on the elevator wasn’t working properly the icemaker on our floor was down so overall I wasn’t happy with the amenities and the condition of the area

Unfortunately, the truth is that our previous owners did no sort of preventative maintenance or upkeep on the property, and so now with our new owners, there is a lot of things to do in the middle of the season.... We are on track to have the waterpark open by fall, and the entire hotel rebranded under our new owners as the "Branson Waterpark Hotel". I hope you will keep up with us, and perhaps give us another chance in the future to earn your business.

After receiving a call on our way to the hotel and learning the water park was closed I saw on reviews it has been for quite some time, meaning they could have given us timely notification so if we had wanted to make other arrangements, we could have. Being that we had less than 3 hours before arriving and 4th of July week, we were not able to find other affordable accommodations.There was trash in our room, housekeeping stopped to tell me that she still needed to clean out the freezer and would return soon-she never did so the water from the freezer was all over the fridge and it was filthy.Breakfast was less than standard for even just being a continental breakfast. They ran out of what they had the first 2 mornings (the one and only guy working there was doing the best he could), and the 3rd morning we went down just before 9AM to get one muffin and a cup of coffee and creamer and he told us no, breakfast was over. We asked for clean bedding for one bed.When they came up they said they could only provide a sheet to us bc housekeeping was out and she was the only one there. The toilet paper roller was broken, the sink was clogged.The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I called the front desk bc the upstairs occupants were making lots of noises at 11PM, he put me on hold before I even had a chance to say anything, he never came back to take my call. Most ice machines were down. I understand they are under new management but the transition is horrible-stay away until then

I booked our family vacation here thinking their water park was open however it is NOT! I get there parking is inconvient. The beds were dirty, the outside pool is only 3 feet nd they dont even have the whole pool area operating. The vending ND ice machines broken, fridge barely kept anything closed however i did not go to Branson to sit in my hotel we went to silver dollar city ND had a blast watched fire works from their observation deck ND had dinner with my family which was beautiful. So i wish everything wasn't crappie so i could give an excellent review. I'll deff be back but I'll make them change my sheets again when i check in. Oh ND to have breakfast we had to go across the street to the hotel that bought this one cause this one only had muffins. Coffee was nasty. Needs someone who cares to work here smh.

Property is in a good location close to everything we did. When we got there the indoor water park was closed which they told me a day before we arrived. When we got to the room there was trash in the room. The tub wouldn’t drain until we pulled the hair clog out and they do not clean your room we staid for 5 nights.

Continental breakfast was a joke. Cold options only. Facility was clean. Pool was open, but water park was not. When I booked, it was one of the main reasons for choosing this property. No notification of the facility closing the water park, I was notified on arrival. Staff were friendly enough. They do not clean rooms or replace towels unless asked, which is fine, but I was not notified of this on check in.
