Old and dated hotel.

Rooms are in much need of an update. Furnishings are old and dated. The indoor pool was out of commission for reasons unknown. The valet does not meet you at your car, you must go find them. We were told they were up & running for the Spring Break season only to find my car was the only one in the parking lot & the hotel was 1/2 staffed. I will stay at Big Cedar Lodge next time.

Very nice but a bit overpriced. We stayed in the luxury King suite with lake view. Will go back but not for the price we paid.

It was a great location, great resort, fabulous stay! Could not of picked a better place in Branson!

Less than expected

We have been to several 4 and 5 star hotels in the nation and this hotel is at best a 3.5. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept but it is older and does not have essentials such as fridge and micorwave that comparable hotels would have. Also staff service quality is inconsistent. Views are good but you can find those in several other places in the lake area for way cheaper. Look elswhere first.

beautiful hotetl

Pros: lobby is structured around waterfalls and is beautiful
Cons: nothing
Location: lots of shows - beautiful lake - silver dollar city
right on the lake - food was excellent - staff couldn't have be better

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. We had a mountain view room and it was still gorgeous! It was nice to walk around a great looking place! The cake in the sweet shop was delicious. We didn't try anything else because it was a little expensive to eat there. Still an amazing place. We will be going back!!

Wonderful atmosphere!!

Pros: Interior decor and design.
Cons: The sidewalks from the parking lot need ramps to roll your luggage instead of the steps currently.
Location: It's Branson....what isn't there to do.
This was our first stay at the Chateau but will not be our last. The staff was very professional and accommodating.
