View of the A/C units

We paid extra for a mountain view with a balcony. We could see the mountains; however, we also had a view of the 5000 ton air conditioning units. It was too noisy to enjoy the balcony. We requested to be moved after the first night... They moved us to a partial lake view which was better. Also, it was very warm in the room no matter how low we set the A/C

Quick getaway

Beautiful resort in an ideal location

Pros: We loved the atmosphere, scenery and overall appearance of the resort and it amenities..
Cons: I would like more options to choose from on the menu on the restaurants onsite.
Location: helicopter ride, mountain coaster, racecar theme park, Tanger Outlet, outstanding spa and pedicure onsite
There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. When housekeeping cleaned our room, she either left her ponytail holder in or room or it was left from a previous hotel guest. I requested rose petals from the door to the bed and on the bed. I also ordered a half of dozen Calla Lilies. The lilies were beautiful! But I was most disappointed in the rose petals because they were not real, fresh rose petals but instead were artificial rose petals.

Top end elegant get away

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Location is on the south end of the main strip but Branson has made many improvements to the transportation infrastructure and makes it easy .
Perfect for special get a ways.We make this venue our anniversary celebration for 5 years and never been dissipointed. It is not cheap,but well worth the cost!

Nice but can do better.

The staff needs to work on friendliness. I understand not wanting to intrude on or bother your guests but a smile & a simple acknowledgement can make a big difference.

A romantic Anniversary getaway!

Pros: I liked the interior and plush-opulent feel. I liked the waterfall and many places to sit and enjoy.
Cons: The tennis courts area was a little rough and needed some work. The rooftop, that was our only view, needed quite a bit of repairs as well.
Location:
The hotel was beautiful and impressive. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We played tennis one of the two courts over-looking the lake and really enjoyed the facilities. The only thing that disappointed us was our view out our window. We looked directly into the awning roof and not much more. So, we opted to sit on the balcony by the restaurant instead and look at the lake.

mom`s birthday

Took Mom for her 77th birthday . was very happy with staff and facilities. Our room was on the view of the hills. The look was great howevery under us was all the havc units and the noise was terrable.

Fabulous resort!

Pros: Cleanliness, staff, private but close to all attractions. The food was fabulous!! The spa and massage was just awesome!
Cons: move check out time to noon
Location: Showboat, all theatres, duck boats, winery tour, restaurants, shopping, zip lining and boat rentals
We spent 7 nights and 8 days at the Chateau and everything about this resort is just top notch! Clean, clean, clean! So comfortable, every staff member was so friendly and welcoming every day. The breakfast buffet every morning was the best we have ever had. The room was just beautiful, comfortable and very clean. All staff members were so helpful and accommodating at all times. Would definitely recommend and book again. Indoor and outdoor pools, super close to the lake and only 10 minutes away from all the shows and highlights. I had a massage and it was just delightful! Great resort for couples and families alike.
