Hotel with nice views of Table Rock Lake.

Cons: We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel (out of convenience). Breakfast was good, but dinner was not good at all (was cooked poorly and expensive).
Location: This hotel is about a 20 min drive to Branson's main road (76).
It was an ok hotel. The rooms were fine, but not great. The breakfast was good but the dinner was awful (and expensive).

Great weekend with excellent service

The staff was fantastic everywhere we went on the hotel grounds...from check in to valet to restaurant staff and marina.

Top notch facilities in Branson

Made our first visit to Branson more enjoyable by not having to worry about facility. Staff outstanding and friendly, facilities outstanding, room spacious and beautiful with a gorgeous view. Definitely will return and will try to make it when fall leaves are turning.

Our stay at Chateau on the Lake

Pros: Service was great.
Location: Branson has a great many shows and things to do.
We had a wonderful experience at Chateau. Because our plane was several hours late, we arrived in the middle of the night so weren't able to check in until the next morning. Staff was considerate and helpful. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed our meals there. View from our room was outstanding, overlooking the lake. If we travel to Branson in the future we will certainly stay at Chateau on the Lake and recommend it to our friends.

The only problem we had was getting extra blankets and pillows. I called front desk for 10 minutes and did not get an answer until I called housekeeping. It was after 10pm though.

Bed was so uncomfortable

The bed was so uncomfortable we left at 1am to stay somewhere else. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was vanilla (basic) to say it politely. I would not recommend. Most give good reviews but my experience was not as good.
