Ok for the pricePosted Oct 9, 2017
Paying $47 a night, we didn’t expect 5 star service or facilities so we got what we were expecting. However, it did let us down in a few areas. For starters, we never had any shampoo or conditioner. It wasn’t in the room when we arrived and we even called the front desk and asked for it the next day but didn’t receive any. Also, when we turned our heater on Saturday morning it immediately smelled like the unit was on fire, and the smoke detector agreed because seconds later it was going off. We turned off the unit and left the room, waiting for someone to check it out but no one ever came. After a few minutes the alarm had turned off so we re-entered the room and called down to the front desk; they had no idea the alarm had gone off. Upon informing them, they did not send anyone up to look at the unit or offer to move us to another room. Other than these two bad experiences, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was ok for the price.

It was fine, but not greatPosted Oct 9, 2017
Cons: Rooms for dogs should be on the 1st floor or close to the stairs. See about rearranging the breakfast room for better flow.
We had dogs with us and they put us on the 3rd floor, not close to the stairs. That was kind of lame, because it was probably the longest walk of any room to take them to go to the bathroom. It was a weird room assignment. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but everything was in decent shape. The breakfast was kind of a mess. The room is small and laid out weird. I probably said, "excuse me" 30 times between walking in the room and sitting down with my food, because people were stepping all over each other trying to get their breakfast. My husband threw all the yogurts in the trash because they were all 2+ weeks expired. The waffle mix ran out. Overall, it worked for us because it was a good price, accepted our dogs, was clean, and we were able to book last minute (two days in advance), but it wasn't anything special.

Run down hotel by a nice creek.Posted Sep 16, 2017
Cons: See my above post.
Location: Close to 76.
Don't believe what you see in the photos. The carpet was stained, the 2 bedside lamps had no bulbs, the shower head was nearly ready to fall off. The room and facilities were dated, worn out, and needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast consisted of doughnuts (if you were early) a waffle iron that had no timer and not much else. I reserved a luxury room and with what I got, I shudder at what a standard room was.

Room had a smell. Door frame was broken. You could see light around it but it did lock.

Dirty room and killed over 40 flies in my room!Posted Jul 24, 2017
No one offered to assist with getting rid of these flies, we used hand towels! Then, I had to clean up the blood and vacuum up the flies that were inside my room!! I refused to pay for the one night I stayed!!

Very nice away from the hustle and bustle!Posted Jul 18, 2017
We loved this hotel. It was very cozy and clean. It doesn't have all the problems of other hotels in Branson. It's close enough to be practical, but far enough away to get away from all the noise. I would come back here next time without thinking twice!
