Should have done my homework. I didn't realize you had to walk outside so much toget to the waterpark. The water was not very warm, and some of the areas were dirty. Hotel room was clean, but apparently everyone smokes marijuana outside and all of the entries are exterior entries. If you have visited a Great Wolf Lodge, you will be very disappointed here.

The Waterpark is super fun but the motel is not great. I would do a day trip for the waterpark, but would not stay here again. Walls are VERY thin-- we heard every person that ran up and down the nearby stairs! If you're not in to buffets, there's not much to eat here. Dated facility, no amenities. Staff was very friendly.

We were made to check out at 11 being told we could use the water park all day then being told it didn't open until 2. We were stuck in a snow storm with 3 children and they were very rude when we asked if we could just use the indoor pool until the water park opened. Front desk staff the day of check out was very rude! Water park had way too much chlorine and my grandkids ended up with burns from it!

This property doesn’t look like the online pictures nor the reviews . When I pulled up to this resort first thing came to mind was a motel. Too expensive for the motel feel and smell. The water park really not smaller kid friendly. My son is 4 and was able to get on any of the slides in the kid part . It was the worse experience.

The room was small, especially the bathroom. It was very dark too. The workers started at 7am with an excavator of some sort. Very noisy. Only one vending machine and it only had soda for $2.50 a can!

All the fun you can have in one location! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, safe with reasonable rates. The downside is no signage for elevator location and upon check-in one of the desk employees was on the phone talking very loud, making it difficult to understand the nice lady that was helping me.

I think that the rooms on ground level should have privacy tint on the room window so you can keep the blinds open for natural light without people seeing your business.

I felt this resort was pretty outdated and honestly a lot of the areas were dirty and could use a good deep clean. Overall though, the amenities were great and we were never bored on the property.

well where i start. she put room behind elevator stairs. we hear clomping all night ! the water cold in wayer park. kids area closed. life guards got onto my grandson all the time veey few people in pool.

Good hotel, great little water park!
We took our first family trip with our 3.5 year old twins and our 1.5 year old. The hotel was simple and clean with a standard flatscreen TV, mini fridge, and microwave. Beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly. The real star was the water park though. The kids were too small to do a lot but we rode the lazy River and wave pool together. Husband and I took turns sneaking off and riding the water slides. Lots of fun and we will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay with plenty for the kids to do. The Fun Spot is fantastic for the kids as well as the water park. The Grand Country breakfast buffet is fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and family friendly. We enjoyed the indoor waterpark and the fun activities. Housekeeping services could have been better but overall we loved our time spent. Definitely plan on returning in the future

The only complaint we would have was the water at the indoor water park was really cold. We assumed, since it was an indoor waterpark, that the water would have been warmer. 😳

Snowed in and ruined short vacay. No accommodations from front desk for winter weather. Not one dollar discount to add another night. That’s fine, Holiday Inn Express across the street was extremely helpful and accommodating with early check in, continental breakfast and an $76 room!

The live animal show was horrible I felt that the animals were terrified of the trainer and you should look into it more closely maybe get a new act where the animals are loved and well cared for that do tricks out of respect and not fear
