Beautiful room with a fantastic view!

Went on 20th Wedding Anniversary. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed and were satisfied. They definitely put customer service first.

Excellent hotel close to shopping and restaurants

Enjoyed being able to walk and shop along the Promenade and visit the downtown local vendors. Very friendly staff

Close to shopping

Pros: location is great
Cons: attention to details
I was very disappointed in my stay at the Hilton Promenade on the Branson Landing. Check in was backed up, the bath tub stopper would not work, wi-fi would not work, shower door would not close, and the parking was not explained well. I know there are little problems but when you pay this much for a room you expect a little bit more excellence.

Nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants

I have stayed here several times when our family wants a weekend in Branson. The quality has slipped some since they opened but it is still a nice place to stay considering the convenience to shopping and restaurants. I booked a double and was upgraded to a condo since the only doubles left were over the hotel bar. This was much appreciated although it meant a fold out sofa was one of our beds. The staff wasn't quite on top of things as in other visits. I'm hoping the slip in quality and staff was due to Spring Break crowds.

room not clean

Pros: The room was elegant and the balcony nice.
Cons: Cleanliness room wasn't clean
Pros: The room was spacious, elegant, with nice balcony. Cons: There were't hardly any dishes, which i later realized they were all still in the dishwasher it hadn't been emptied from the previous occupants, there were crumbs all over the bar stools, the TV remote didn't work properly. I would have said something at checkout but there was only 1 person working with 8 people in line. The restaurant in the hotel which was very expensive, didn't have a very good selection and the breakfast was horrible.

Amazing service

As always the Hilton lived up its name in service and comfort! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying in Branson. Extremely convenient location and very friendly staff! We'll be staying there again next time and everytime we visit that area! Job well done Hilton!

What part of NON-SMOKING don't you get?

I requested a non-smoking room and got an over-fragranted smoking room that I guess was supposed to disguise that it was a smoking room. Nothing was done. Both parents are allergic to smoking, so it was NOT a pleasant stay at all. I came to the hotel to check it out to potentially bring 150 people into it to stay for 2-3 days. Will not be happening now. Plus the fact that you have to pay to park is ridiculous. Very displeased.

One time bad stay

I usually have a wonderful stay at this hotel. But this stay was disappointing. My here was a cheer competition in the area and I guess everybody wanted to stay at the Hilton. Room service was terrible. Our breakfast was delivered 1.5 hours late to our room. I also took 6 phones calls in a matter of 3 hours to get room service on the phone. Our Valentines Day weekend did not go as planned for us.
