Very unimpressed with the Hilton Promenade on Branson Landing. So many things could have been better, and so expensive for what we got. The in room coffee maker had sludge/mold in it. I Called the front desk to request that two cups of coffee be sent up after discovering the sludge (which they sent right up), but the individual that delivered it gave me an eye after dropping them off. The comforter on one of the beds was full of small holes (I’m hoping from excessive laundering). Lastly the bathroom sink drain would not open to let the water drain. The pool was closed for remodeling, (no notice about that anywhere that I could locate prior to booking). Would not recommend!!!

There was no maid service unless you called and asked for clean towels. This was disappointing as this was not an inexpensive hotel. Valets were awesome Scotty! Sheets seemed glued to the bottom of the bed and were too short to pull up. Location was good.

I love the location. However, the gentleman that checked us in was not very friendly at all. I get a better greeting at the mom & pop cabins that we sometimes stay at.

Very impressed with there attention to detail, I quickly mentioned it was my anniversary on one call to confirm my reservation & they left rose pedals & towels made into 2 swans on the bed along with a Happy Anniversary card! Never expected any of that, it was very nice of them!!

We do have a complimentary shuttle service for use of the pool/fitness center at our sister property across the street. We are also happy to deliver ice to your room whenever you request. We understand this is not the same and for that we apologize but wanted to ensure we had some options. Thank you for being our guest and again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Constuction started everyday at 7. very loud Fountain wasn't working. Understandable False fire alarm. Got locked out of room for a couple hours because of door locks.

Overall I liked the room. The tub was amazing, the shower was great. However one towel per person is not enough and we could have used a blanket. Housekeeping knocked twice before check out time and weren't provided a do not disturb sign. Also parking was an additional $15. I would stay here again.

Holiday getaway
My husband and I spent two nights at the Hilton Promenade. When we arrived, our first room was a handicapped equipped room. The shower was not going to work for us, so we requested a room change. The front desk receptionist was very accommodating and quickly switched us to another room with a roomier shower. The room was spacious and very clean. We love the proximity to the shops and restaurants. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and very pretty. Looking forward to our next stay at the Hilton Promenade.

Not very clean
Room was not very clean, when you pay $500 for a hotel room.. you expect it to be clean. Our countertop was sticky, there were hairs in the shower, there was leftover stuff from the last person, the extra linens were still dirty next to the washer. Definitely was disappointed with the cleanliness and I typically do not leave reviews, especially negative. I wish I would have taken pictures.

We stayed here 5 years ago and remembered it being quite nice but we were sorely disappointed. While the staff was friendly and helpful during check in, the rest of our stay was pretty bad. The rooms are in terrible condition; carpet peeling up, electric receptacles loose and not seeming to be fully anchored, the pillows were all terrible and the room was not as clean as it should be. I actually found someone’s broken nail on the floor. You don’t get stay over housekeeping service unless you schedule in advance which is a pain. So, we didn’t have coffee supplies, glassware, towels, etc refilled. Other guests are actually setting their trash out in the hallway now in lieu of leaving it in their rooms. Disgusting. The TVs are not smart TVs and there’s no way to connect a Roku so viewing options are very limited. Oh, and the noice…. Holy cow is it loud. The Landing played their music (very loud) until 10pm! Never again!

We have relayed your feedback to our Housekeeping and Engineering Management team for follow-up with the team and the state of the room, we will be remodeling the North Tower building this Winter to address the age, condition and amenities in the rooms. Housekeeping Service is by request at this time, and we are happy to arrange for your room to be serviced each day during your stay, and can deliver amenities at any time as well. We will empty the trash cans in the hall each day as we clean our rooms, but we are also happy to go inside the room to empty the trash, we are flexible in how we can operate in regards to this and seek to meet every guest's individual needs. We will also relay your feedback to the Branson Landing in regards to the music from the Landing. We are very sorry to have let you down this occasion, we do want to be able to welcome you back to our property in the future for an improved experience, and would be happy to speak with you in regards to this if you are willing, but we do understand if not. Either way, we appreciate your time and business, we wish you and your family well, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year.
