Highly recommend this centrally-located hotel in the middle of the Branson strip. We were within 5-10 minutes of the shows we were attending. Lots of close dining options too. We found the hotel to be clean, safe, and welcoming. Afternoon tea/coffee and cookies, morning included full-buffet (hot and cold items - very generous selection that changed slightly from day-to-day). There is an indoor pool (as well as outdoor), but we were too busy to take advantage. We did check it out and it looks clean and nearly always had someone using it. We would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the view from our balcony looking off to Sight & Sound Theater in the distance.

Liked the location right off the strip. Staff was friendly. Did not like the pillows, and, we stayed multiple nights, the hotel policy does not allow housekeeping to service the room without setting appointment in advance and you have to not be in the room when being serviced. We were able to request fresh towels and supplies using a card, however, not one time was the requested towels and supplies filled accurately. Otherwise everything was above average.

Love this little Victorian themed hotel. Always great breakfast. Cookies in the evening. Mints on the bed. All the little details that make your stay great. Game room. Indoor and outdoor pool. Can’t beat the location right on the strip and next to Tanger outlet mall.

Very little parking and the water pressure in the shower was a dribble. Walls are super thin so beware. Don is a gem at your front desk!!!! Best thing EVER for all of Branson.

Every time we travel to Branson this is the hotel we stay at. It's centrally located to most attractions and is on the main strip. The staff is always very friendly. Rooms are always clean.

Everything about our check it was wrong - Staff gave us the wrong room type, charged us more than quoted on Expedia and blamed all the differences on “Expedia just tells you whatever you want to hear to book the room then we need to fix everything and charge you the right price when you get here”

There was no room service. We had to request towels and toilet paper for our selves. We had to bag up our trash and take it to a bin Towels were fluffy. Guests were courteous and not boisterous. Fridge did not work in our room. AC was not optimal. I guess that comes with an old hotel. Staff was friendly. The cookies in the afternoon were the bomb. Still left a tip even though there was no room service Don was on target with his recommendations for restaurants

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfy. The only thing that we noticed was that it smelled kind of musty, but not bad enough to prevent us from staying again.

Very nice facility. Super friendly staff. Clean and kept up. The absolute only weak area was the breakfast. Needed gravy. Everything was dry and cool. I would still stay here again. It’s is across from Walmart and next to a huge country buffet that serves breakfast. 😉

NO cleaning of the room for 4 days. They will throw down clean sheets and towels outside your room, but they refuse to enter the room to change out the towels, make the beds, or empty the trash. The entire facility is also dated and mediocre. NEVER AGAIN.

This was our first time staying at the Grand Victorian and it has been absolutely delightfull. We were able to check in a little early which made it possible for us to enjoy the free tea and cookies they offer from 2 to 4 and the cookies were so good. We were on the 3rd floor which had a common sitting area with checkers and a beautifully decorated tree(they have several in the hotel) the whole place is really beautiful inside and out. Our room was clean and comfy and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here every time we come back to Branson.
