Really close to everything. White Water, putt putt

We have stayed in serval hotels before and this one by far blew them out of the water. The room was really clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I honestly don't see why you wouldn't stay here. Thank you for an excellent stay. We will return again.

Beautiful hotel!

Pros: Everything except the pillows! Nice and fluffy, but starts to sink in and feels like no pillow at all. Made my neck hurt!
Cons: Pool water could be just a little warmer!
Location: Location good, wish it was closer to the center of the strip. Lots of shows and restaurants nearby.
We go to Branson, MO every year to enjoy the wonderful shows. Always have a great time! However will not go in August again, found out it is just too crowded, families with children trying to get their vacation in before school starts. Traffic was terrible, bumper to bumper. Overall we had a great time traffic and all.

Nice Hotel on the Strip

I have stayed here 5 times and will continue to stay here when i visit Branson. The rooms have always been great, the staff is great, and the free full breakfast is great.

Not good for sleep

Our room had balcony to indoor pool. It understandably had a strong chlorine smell. The issue was the noise...the book said the pool closed at 10am but there was noise both nights well past 11. But worse was the music! Loud music which I assume was coming from the pool speakers were on the whole night!! Our second night we return to the room to find all our towels were gone and none replaced! When I checked in probably 6 guest requested towels so either they don't have good housekeeping or they don't have enough towels! We got back to our room after 10pm so they had plenty of time to replace them. Maintenance was nice when bringing the new set but we did have to wait. We booked the hotel because we would be getting in late and thought the bar in the hotel would be a good way to end the night however the restaurant that held the liquor license closed and so did the bar. No eta on the opening of the bar. It was a good location and staff was friendly but there are clearly issues with how things are done. Also, it's old so don't expect the cleanest of rooms.

Weekend getaway.

Hotel is in a good location. Able to walk to several attractions. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Don't do it!

Was moved to three different rooms before we got our right one. One of the rooms we were given had people in it. Once in our room, everything felt damp. The carpet, bed sheets and room was not totally clean. We had ants on our kitchen counter and hair in our tub, disgusting! Never again! Stayed one night out of our two, went somewhere else for 2nd night.

Crappy, out-dared hotel

Old furniture, hard beds, no toilet paper, 2 towels for 4 people, the guy who delivers the extra towels reeked of cigarette smoke; the "free breakfast" was vouchers at a restaurant down the street. So we bought Krispy Kreme instead and the next morning they were covered in ants.

So much potential

As a walked in to this facility, I could actual picture the magnificent lodge it once was. Breathtaking lobby, furnished with leather couches, warm wood accents and remants of the woods and outdoors. Remarkable friendly staff. The room was cozy and comfortable. A few disappointmen's upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was held at a restaurant a few building's down the road. The on site restaurant recently closed. The bar was closed as well. The indoor pool was only 3 and 4 ft deep but we were unable to see the bottom. The jacuzzi hot tub had been out of order for sometime. The amenities were why we chose this place and they were basically not available at our stay. Carpet in this facility has lived past its shelf life. I did over hear a staff encounter when they spoke of new carpet installment soon. Overall it provided a comfortable bed 's, hot shower and a great location. I really hope they can invest some money into the lodge and make it live up to its full potential.

Great hotel, great staff, great location

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was courteous. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and, the location was perfect. Andy's Frozen Custard next door was good for your late night muchies. I would recommend this hotel to anybody planning a trip to Branson.

Trouble getting keys.check Ok n was difficult staff not knowledgeable in what was needed. 3 times to get keys to work
