We loved our stay! I read a ton of reviews on so many different places which made it tough to decide. We picked the right spot for sure. The activities planned were so great and the staff was amazing! We loved the indoor pool, game room and the outdoor game options. We can't wait to come back when the outdoor pool is open. Highly recommend Willow Ridge!

The property was nice! We did not like that we paid in full 2 months in advance for a non-accessible room and they gave us an accessible room and acted as if that was what we asked for before finally admitting they were overbooked and because we checked in late and it was spring break we had to get what was left. Unprofessional and although corporate stated that was not their policy nothing was done. The room was to be cleaned on our second day, which they did not come. I will not stay here again given they give your room away and overbook using accessible rooms as their catch all.

We are sorry you were not happy with your room assignment. Accessible units can be guaranteed when available, but reservations are by room type (i.e. guest studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom), but cannot be guaranteed as a non-accessible unit. When we are sold-out, accessible units must be assigned to other guests if not used by someone who has requested an ADA unit. It is usually a question of arrival date and length of stay that determines assignment to accessible units that are not requested. Thank you for providing feedback.

The staff was very nice upon our arrival, and they maintained good communication (via text) of the scheduled events and any changes to these events (i.e. s'mores, crafts, etc.) The property is conveniently located to the main strip and many nature areas. For having so many other families with kids on sight at the same time, the property was very peaceful. The indoor pool/hot tub was the only pool that was open at the time of our visit (early spring break), but the outside pool areas looked nice, even though they were covered for the season. At night, we could hear the collective singing of the nearby frogs, which was a nice touch to our evenings. Our only complaint is that our room needed more hooks and/or bars in the bathroom (or the room in general) for hanging towels and other wet items.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and provided all necessary basic equipment. Our trip was during an ice/snow storm. The property maintenance crew worked diligently to make sure the sidewalk and walkways were salted and clear. Would stay here again.

The only thing I would improve on is an hour earlier check in and hour later check out. It is currently 4:00 and 10:00. 3:00-11:00 would be nice.

Very nice place, they had a lot of fun activities throughout the stay (some did cost). Game room that didn’t cost any additional money. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were well maintained. I saw staff cleaning the premises during the whole stay. Bed was comfortable, the couch was ok and the pull out bed wasn’t the most comfortable but worked for our short stay. They have what looks like a very nice set up for outdoor games and good size outdoor pools but we stayed in December. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was top notch. First of all the bed was the most comfortable one we have ever had in a nights stay in a hotel. Our bedroom had a ceiling fan and that made it even better. Made it feel just like home. Everything was so clean and well kept. Our room was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Property was very clean and quiet. The thermostat in our room was not working when we checked in and the staff was able to have it fixed by the time we came back from dinner and putt putt. Truly impressed with the cleanliness. Absolutely recommend!
