Relaxing Traveler

Pros: Very Clean
Cons: Nothing that I seen
My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. not to mention I was very close to the shopping area, eating places and the strip. I would stay there every time I came to Branson.

Cons: Renovation seems to be necessay. For examole, painting...
I like residence in the most when I am on vacation. The residence in in Branson is relatively satisfactory.

OLD, DIRTY, Horrible Staff, Too Expensive

I would NOT recommend, it was dirty the entire hotel needs renovation, hall way walls super dirty, entire hotel needs work and clean up, we paid $169 a night not worth it, the breakfast is not good, I found 2 green muffins not good, front desk manager not friendly when I went to complaint about above tenants, they had kids and we couldnt sleep the 3 nights bc of them kids running everywhere. Overall I have stayed at better hotels in Branson for less. But we wanted to try a different one.

Nice place to stay.

Location: There is a Long Star Steak House down the road. Shorty Small is a block away. Walmart was pretty close too.
My family and I and our dog spent 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel is nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The only compliant I have is the people above us stomping. The first night was the worst and we had planned on sleeping in but the people above us had other plans for us. It got so bad that I complained to the front desk. Don't know if she called them or not but it did get better for the rest of our stay. Our room was conveniently located close to an outside door so taking our doggie out for his business was not as big of a hassle. Had an issue with our toilet and the staff took care of it immediately. The staff was excellent and taking care of all my requests. The room was very comfortable and the AC worked really well. The bed was not that bad either. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel and would gladly stay at it again.

Needs renovation

Pros: Essentials were stocked in the room. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. Cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, hot breakfast.
Cons: Renovate the rooms, starting with the beds and sofa beds.
Location: Great central location. Restaurants and golfing near by.
There were several issues with our stay, from the moment we entered the building. There was a horrible smell when we walked into the building. The smell was throughout. We saw a plumbing van in front of the building so something must have broke. It was terrible. The 1 bedroom suite was in need of renovation/furniture replacement. The sofa bed mattress was stained and severely worn. The battery case on the TV remote was broken and the batteries kept falling out. The TV reception was spotty and continually lost signal. All the essentials were stocked in the room. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. They had cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, hot breakfast such as biscuits/gravy, pancakes etc. We've stayed at several Marriott Residence Inn's and unfortunately they've all been going downhill over the past few years as far as the rooms.

Close to everything but off the busy 76 road.we

Pros: Almost everything especially the staff the good breakfast and the spacious and clean rooms.
Cons: Move the silly placed fire Pitt away from the bedrooms.
Location: Location great and near the centre of every thing.bill
We were given a room 218 that was overlooking the patio with a fire pit and chairs and, the first three nights were bad with people drinking and being very loud until after midnight despite the night shift lady trying her best to make them be quiet,.we then insisted on a room change and the rest of our holiday at the hotel was great with a good selection for breakfast with very good staff especially at breakfast time. Why they would put a fire Pitt and seating area outside bedroom windows to be used until the early hours is beyond us as we have travelled around the world and never had this problem before.

Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel needs renovation. Carpet in hallways and our room looked worn.
Location: Close to theaters.
Friendly staff, but hotel needs renovation. Outside smelled like cigarettes. Have smoking areas away from door entrances. Cigarette butts needs to be picked up. Put up signs for guest who smoke to not throw cigarette butts on the grounds. Also, have signs requesting pet owners to pick up their pets droppings.

No room

Pros: friendly staff
Cons: If someone reserves a room and arrives late at night to be told it is not possible to fulfill the agreement, DO NOT CHARGE FOR IT!
Location: Branson is a nice place to visit, shop, dine, and shows.
I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite. When we arrived we were told there was a problem and the previous people had tore the sink out of the 2 bedroom. We were offered 2 rooms instead. Well we could not really leave the kids in another room and did not want to split our daughter and her guest up. My husband drove the 3 hours back home that night so the girls and I could stay in a 1 bedroom. That put me on the fold out couch and it was terrible. The staff was very nice but our stay was ruined and I was charged for it.

Great place to stay.

We've stayed at this Residence Inn several times. Rooms are nice. Pool is great. Easy parking. Breakfast is always good. Staff is helpful .
