Not what I expected

We booked at the Residence Inn because of their suites. We have stayed at Residence Inn before and were pretty disappointed in this one when we arrived. They were under major construction. This would have been good to know before making our reservation. The lobby was closed and check in was on a table in a hallway. We were also looking forward to using their indoor pool. This was also closed due to the construction. The breakfast was served in what I think was the fitness room. Very small and cramped. Overall, nothing was terrible about our stay, just disappointing and not what we were expecting from a Residence Inn.

I am very sorry you were unaware of our remodeling, we do have it posted on all websites, however I do understand on Expedia it is listed towards the bottom of the page and can easily be missed, I do wish I could change that part! We do have a neighboring hotel that is letting us use their pool while ours is closed, and fitness center nearby as well to use since ours is being renovated. We are working as quickly as possible to finish up our renovations and to be able to present our brand new hotel very soon. Thank you so much for staying with us, and I do hope you will check us out again once our renovations are complete.

Undergoing Major Renovations

Check in is in a hallway, breakfast served in a makeshift room and pool closed. Seems like the decided to do everything at once instead of faces. Would not recommend going any time soon. Staff was very nice and did their best with what they had.

Under Major Construction!

Called ahead of time to be sure the minor construction would not affect the pool being open and no one told me how major the construction actually was. We were met with construction tape on the doors upon arrival which led us to a tiny make shift desk in the hallway. Room had very dirty outdated furniture with stains. Bathroom floor had tiles coming up where the grout had chipped loose. Couch was stained and nasty. The bed was horrible-old spring mattress that you could feel every spring when trying to sleep. The free breakfast room was cramped into the workout room which is right off the pool. It was so hot in there and cramped that it was not a pleasant experience at all. The water was off when we arrived until 5pm. And to top it all of construction started at 7 am on Saturday and Sunday right above our room and waking up both my little kids. Not at all how you want your vacation to go!! Huge let down after the stay we had at the residence inn, Omaha which was amazing!

The renovations do include all new king size mattresses, even though our current ones were just replaced 3 years ago. All of our furniture, bathrooms, decorations, and our breakfast area is getting a complete remodel. I do hope you will check us again once we have completed everything. Will be good..after contruction is done

Hotel is going through renovations and there was alot of construction going on during our stay. There was banging from the crew first thing in the morning. The hotel really should of just closed instead of trying to make a buck.

Wait to book

Did not know property was under re-costruction. It should be closed, not open. Pounding by construction crew, no lobby, limited breakfast food.

The employee's were great, but the hotel was under renavation. They rented all their rooms without having parking spaces. The one day they pulled of the siding and hammered the new in place on the outside of our suite. This left you without a room for the day. The furniture in the room was totally hammered. They were trying to make do for breakfast and their evening social, which was a mess. We have stayed in this hotel 3 other times and were not prepared for what was going on this time. I would suggest no one stay there untill the renavation is complete. If they had been willing to only rent rooms not effected by the construction it would have helped, but it seemed they were after every dollor they could get regardless of the construction and how bad the beds and furniture were in the suites.

Please, please update!!!

We were hoping for more for the price we paid. We always enjoy residence inn but this one is extremely outdated and the mattresses feel to be 30 years old. We are in Branson 3 or 4 times a year and will not be staying here again.
