Showed up at 10pm to check in and was told my reservation was canceled because it was over booked. The people at the front desk were helpful finding another place to stay.

Decent place. Walls are a little thin but not too bad. The toilet in our room probably could use a new flapper also. Overall was a good stay for 1 night. They were able to give me a late checkout also which was much appreciated to not have to rush in the morning.

Don’t waist your money
This place is not good, the sleeper sofa was dirty and gross, it needs to be replaced. You shouldn’t advertise the sleeper sofa , it is unusable, we had to use an air mattress for our kids. The dishwasher was broken. This place was not worth the price we paid. We will not stay here again. We should get part of our money back.

Good but needs some work.
Its a great layout and location. However one of the remotes did not work, water on the floor in the bathroom, and ceiling in bathroom is leaking. We talked with the front desk and they will address it.

Dirty room - pet hair and trash under sofa, roll away lumpy and bad springs , broken exterior window, basketball court right outside window - noisy, shower design terrible - no curtain or door - water all over, layout of room not good for family as bathroom was through bedroom. Service was good. They tried.

We drove all day and was expecting to check in at the time that was on my email confirmation. I went at 3pm and was told my room wasnt ready. I was told to give them another hour. So we come back an hour and half later and was told it still was not ready. I asked the front attendant if there was anything he could do and he said he vould cancel my reservation. I told him i would look for somewhere else and let him know. After calling hotels for 20 to 30 mins from my car in the parking lot. My only option was to wait or start driving the 30 mins to the next town. When i went back in my room was miraculously ready. Upon enter to the room its smelled like no one cleaned it. There was a mouse trap between the fridge and cabnet that my kids could have picked up. And the worst part was the pool didnt have heat. We found a pvc pipe in the deep end and the pool room was 55°. I felt like the morning staff were great but they left a maintenance man runningbthe front counter at check-in. Thats not okay.

We had a king suite and the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We asked for sheets for the pull out sofa and we’re handed one flat sheet, no blankets, no pillows, we were told that was all they had. I was very disappointed in the lack of sheets and pillows for a room that was supposed to sleep 5.

We didn’t get our room cleaned once and I had to set my trashcans out multiple times and had to get toilet paper and towels everyday. I put yes to cleaning services. There were 5 of us and we needed it. Also, the pool did not work the whole time we were there and weren’t even notified until we got there. I would have gone somewhere else. The hallways were hot and stunk as well.

Rooms had tons of dust everywhere. Baseboards were disgusting with 3 inches more of dust. Vents were the same. No air conditioning in the halls or main eating area, it was over 100° in the hall at times. Pool was small and filthy AND closed on and off. They didnt have a working hot tub ever. You have to request for your room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. Clearly had never been cleaned before. Bathrooms are not disability friendly. They sent a wobbly chair to sit in the shower, as im disabled. The chair flipped and i hit my head. This was not a traditional hotel run by Marriott. Marriott should be embarrassed to run such a unclean hotel.

The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful when it came to customer service. My kids were super disappointed the pool was shut down in which we did not find out till we got there even though I called and asked. They left a pack n play in our room for my baby that was broken. when I asked the front desk they didn’t have any more left in the hotel nor seem to care my son kept hitting his head on the hard bar at the bottom of the pack n play. We were very disappointed in our stay and will no longer stay there in the future.

When we arrive they give me a study of the basement bathroom was dirty smell badly.Also they give me the suit wich i had not rented.after 3 hours waiting they give me another one but they charge extra.

The building is older and out of date. When we booked the kids only wanted an indoor pool. When we arrived it was “under renovation”. No one was working on it for the 5 days we were there. Someone including Expedia should have told us when we booked it. They gave us a small discount, but that didn’t matter to the kids of course. The door to enter constantly won’t open with key cards and had to get new key cards 3X—yes 3X! While waiting in a line of 4 people (only one worker at front desk) she felt the need to chat it up with a client—asking where they were from, etc. No one cares! Be friendly—check people in and that’s it—we’re all waiting in line (to not use the pool and get our keys reprogrammed).

We will never stay there again. They gave a us a room that smelled of smoke. When I called the desk they said they were booked and had no more rooms. Then we went in the bathroom and the ceiling was leaking water all over the toilet every time someone flushed above us. After I complained about that they somehow came up with a room.

The hotel was very outdated and didn't feel very clean in the room we had. We could hear the toilet flush and people walking around above us. Was very disappointed to find the pool and hot tub was down and was not able to get out of our reservation.

I have come to expect a good stay at any Marriot, but this was a horrible exception. There was a water leak in one of the bathrooms, dirty sheets on the bed, roaches in another bed, and the refrigerator was leaking and soaking the carpet. We were told they wouldn't have a maintenance person to help with our room until after our stay. It was a horrible experience and we ended up having to leave and find a different hotel for the night.

This is one of the most expensive places my family has stayed at and overall it was nice, I did notice a few things that I thought were odd for the price of one night. Things like broken outlet covers, and a well slept-in pull out mattress in the couch. The overall experience was great but I was surprised by some of the little details.

We made reservations for Thursday - Sunday and once we made it they only has us booked for Friday-Sunday , thank God I keep up with all my confirmation numbers and etc . They had no vacancy for that Thursday and told us there was nothing they could do , but once he realized they were at fault they called around to every hotel in Branson to find us somewhere to stay , after two hours finally found one and they covered the cost . Also , they didn’t have enough towels , they were out completely for awhile . Besides that , it’s an absolutely beautiful hotel and everything was lovely .

The room was clean and the facilities were quite nice. The only issue we experienced was that front desk staff were often completely unmasked or only partially masked. This set a tone for the rest of the guests which was that masks were not worn regularly I side around others. This was disappointing and the only real issue with our stay here.

The room was dirty and unclean pillow case. No towels in the pool area and the employees were too busy smoking in the front together to help customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
