Christmas Trip To Branson Disappointing Stay

Pros: Location
Cons: Clean the rooms thoroughly daily, inform the booking agency of any construction/renovations so the potential customers can be aware prior to booking.
Location: Lots of attractions and dining options.
One of the three rooms in our group had dog hair on the floor and one of the beds. The indoor pool heater was out so the kids couldn't swim as planned. The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned. And the neighboring hotel was and eye sore due to it being gutted to the frame for what appeared to be a major renovation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are on a budget.

Hello David, Sorry you were disappointed. We are on the last phase of our extensive remodeling since August and completing putting new mattresses. We will be finished by end of this month.

For the amount paid for stay, room was very outdated, had lack of amenities that were advertised. No iron or ironing board, had someone else's items left in refrigerator. Just overall very unimpressed & will not stay there again

Very sorry for your poor experience. We will look into this matter. As you may have noticed, the hotel is under remodel in which the bedding is being replaced, new 39inch flatscreen TVs, new flooring, new lobby decor, etc. I am not sure why you did not have iron and board in your room, but we will check. Hope you give us another chance once our renovations are complete.

Cons: It was dirty!!
It wasn't a good experience!! Disappointed!!! It was not clean. Carpet dirty, hallways dirty and it was not a place I would stay again!!

Sorry for your poor experience. This may have been due to our renovations going on in which we are in the final phase and are installing new mattresses and flooring was just completed. We installed new carpets in all rooms and put LVT flooring in common areas.

Very dirty

The place has bed bugs and would not give us a refund. 3 other people complained about the same thing worst place to stay ever

I regret to inform you that there were no bedbugs in your hotel room. We even inspected the room while you were present and next day after you left by our pest control company. No bedbugs were found. No-one else made the same comments.

Heat wouldn't kick off, so it was hot or cold. Bedding didn't seem clean. Lobby staff wasn't very welcoming compared to years past.

Sorry for the poor experience. We do have maintenance staff that can assist with HVAC problems. We are under going last phase of the remodeling since August and are currently installing new mattress in the rooms.

It was close to shows

We enjoyed having everything close to our motel. The motel looks very pleasing from the outside and the room wasn't too bad either. The sound barrier wasn't very good. We were hearing everything from our neighbors above us. They stayed up late so we unfortunately did too. We didn't like the dining room at all. It was way to warm in there and very messy. No one stayed in there to make sure the tables were cleaned in between guests. Everyone had to sit at dirty tables. I would have preferred some bagels or a variety of rolls and waffles or pancakes. There were also rugs in there that kept getting bunched up and people were tripping over.

I won't stay here again

Pros: The room my friend stayed in was nice. It was an upgraded room.The beds were comfortable to sit on and lounge on w and the room looked and felt clean.
Cons: Customer service could be improved. Manager could be replaced. He is the one that refunded my partial refund but never identified himself as manager.
Location: many places close to go to and see. Shows and Shoping
Arrived and checked in only to find that my room and my friends room were at opposite ends and separate building of the connected 4 building 2 story hotel. I was on 2ns floor in building A and my friend was on first floor in building D. We both requested to be put in rooms next to each other when we booked through Expedia. The hotel claims they never received the request. I accepted my room anyway since they were booked solid they said. I get to my room 30 minutes after their check-in time and the room was not ready for a guest to stay. The bed wasn't made or linen changed yet, Bathroom was not cleaned and trash still in the waste basket. I went and complained about it and they said they are behind and apologized. Nothing more. didn't even try to put a rush on it. I stayed in my friends room until my room was ready. 1 hour later they still have not called my friends room to let me know it was ok to occupy my room so I called and they had no update. I told them I would be out to dinner and a show we had booked to please call my cell as soon as I can occupy my room. They said ok but no one called. I ended up cancelling my room but was only able to get a refund for the remaining days booked. They still charged me for one day and said they can't refund me for that day. That if it is to be refunded the corporate office will have to approve it and they are in Texas.

Room was clean, but the rest of the Motel wasn't, breakfast was good just hard to find. Staff was really good.

Very outdated

Location: Location is great. Just off the strip with good access.
Hard beds. Outdated style. Vending machines either empty or takes your money. Continental breakfast was OK but didn't offer low calorie or low sugar options.

Thank you for your review. We are undergoing remodeling since August and just this month we got to the phase where we are installing new mattresses in each room. Sorry for the hard beds. Along with the mattresses, we have installed new flooring in all rooms and common areas and upgraded the locks and lighting.
