This is our go to hotel anytime we’re in Branson. I’ve stayed in it except for two years at least once a year sometimes two or three times. It is always extremely well taken care of and the staff is amazing.

A great place to stay for families. The mattress is so soft and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but it’s a bathroom so you don’t need much. The facilities were very nice and breakfast was great for what it was.

The room was nice, a bit small, my husband walked into the clothes hangers entering the room. But overall it was nice, bed was super soft, and the hotel itself wasn't in a bad location.

Hotel was okay. Was a little dirty and the staff was okay, not rude not polite. It's like 3 hotels in 3 separate buildings. All the exterior doors had keypads but all were unlocked, many proped open. Pretty sure some of the people walking around the halls and sitting on the couches were not guests.

Our first room was clean, no smells however our shower did not work (there was no water pressure). Front desk worked quickly and sent maintenance but when he couldn’t fix it they moved us rooms (quickly and promptly). New room had a weird smell almost like of pee but it was clean and showered work. The pools were chaotic. Maybe a third indoor pool would be helpful since there is 3 buildings. My kids couldnt swim in either pools night one because older teens took over one pool and the other pool so many kids and football being played they couldnt swim. Second night was much calmer but much less people at the pool. Overall we would stay again and the pricing wasnt high!

We didn’t really use the staff. We didn’t have the maids come in our room during our stay. We threw our trash out and picked up clean towels from the maid in the hallway. I did want to mention that several of the outlets weren’t working properly. When you plugged in something it was real loose and the plug fell out of the outlet. I couldn’t make my C-Pap machine work from any of the outlets.

The accommodations were somewhat uncomfortable, particularly the bed and pillows. This led to difficulty sleeping and resulted in waking up with sore necks and backs. While the jacuzzi was enjoyable, the shower could use some improvements. The structural integrity of the shower was questionable, as it would creak and make concerning noises while shifting weight. Overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory, but some updates to the facilities would be beneficial.
