The overall feel of the resort was very nice, but the overall stay quite disappointing. The stay started down the path of disappointment when the front desk clerk was 90% complete in signing us up for a timeshare presentation with lure of cheap SDC tickets before reveling it was a timeshare presentation along with a follow up phone call as soon as we got to the room to try to convince again, unprofessional and annoying at its best. The room was to our liking however the fine details were askew; shower did not operate appropriately with the upper head completely clogged, our room was not serviced after the first nights stay (with no answer to the front desk after calling), with a child we quickly ran out of towels with no restocking, the sheets and bedding were completely worn and came off the bed several times. However the largest disappointment was having the cleaning crews throwing linens and cleaning supplies at our front door before 7am and creating quite the ruckus.
Our overall trip was great, but could have been a lot better if I would have stayed with my gut decision and stayed at the Marriot.
