the staff was very friendly and courteous to us The room was really clean. Hotel is in a good location for easy access to all the sites and attractions of Branson

Winter Getaway

Decided to take our grandson in a long weekend to find some snow and new things to do. It was off season in Brandi but still found lots to do with the Grand Plaza conveniently located in the midst of it all. We were greeted by a very helpful staff memeber who provided recommendations for things to do, see, and places to eat. Our immaculate room was ready at check in. The layout was very different; 2 adjoining bedrooms, each with its own bath which was perfect for us and when traveling for friends - we'll be back. We took advantage of the free breakfast which was ok with very attentive staff. Pool area was also super clean although the gym equipment was limited and very dated. Lots of nice conference space. This hotel was a very positive surprise.

a small break away

took a couple days away from the madness had a jacuzzi room it was really nice so yea it w a s great break.

Nicw hotel close to everthing

A little pricey but nice we would stay here again. If you like milk with your breakfast then take your own it had a strange taste not spoiled but not milk. Had a nice little place with a good view on the top floor to get drinks after a day of fun. The restaurant was pricey too drinks were expensive but not more than usual.

Great hotel stay! The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The only real complaint is the pillows were uncomfortable and hard. The fr My desk is very helpful with setting up things to do, even during the off season. I’ll be back for sure!!!

Excellent Hotel, Will be staying again!!!

My husband and I went to Branson for a weekend getaway and chose the Grand Plaza as our hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The room was lovely and we truly feel that we got a steal.

clean hotel friendly staff

They gave us a late check out and breakfast staff worked with us when we showed up for breakfast late. Thanks for making us get our moneys worth.

Great location and great food

I loved the location it was very close to the outlet mall (my favorite) and other places like the Grand Country Music Hall and the fun spot. Breakfast was good, the staff were very nice and they work very hard to make everyone happy with the food and the service. If you are planing to eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant in the 9th floor, make sure you try their boneless buffalo wings and the fries it was the best.

Had a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious . Also the pub was very nice. Good food.
