Location perfect to the main attentions

Location to the main attractions was perfect hotel rooms were great unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor and the lack of amenities such as lotion shampoo conditioner and even soap to wash hands was pretty disappointing. I will not book a stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel

The check in staff was not very friendly, one was, however she did not check us in. Our stay was short but we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful grounds but poor accommodations

The grounds were beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. However, the suite we stayed in was very humid and sticky all night, even with the AC running constantly. In addition, the mattress sunk in in the middle. Thus, I couldn't get much sleep. The room was clean but pretty outdated and dingy. There is also no free Wifi which was surprising.

No room service

We stayed four days we had one wash cloth I finally bought some We were courious about room service so we asked an employee we met out in a walk she told us they do not have room service at this location they out sourced it they clean after u check out. Dumpsters were over flowing garbage on the ground They tried to sell us a time share which was funny the employee we talked to said omg I hope u did not buy. Needs some upkeep done

Stay Somewhere Else!

We stayed in a one bedroom condo. The room had not been cleaned, as was evidenced by the previous tenant's clothing still in the drawers and the fact that when we turned on the bath tub jets, dirt and hair shot out. There was not enough hot water to run the bathtub full over the jets. The fire alarm in the room next to us went off for two hours because the battery was ran down. Our fireplace and mini fridge did not work, however maintenance was able to get those working. Not before the freezer defrosted all over the floor, however. They close their indoor pool during inclement weather, which defeats the purpose of having an indoor pool. We stay in hotels and condos at least 21 nights per year and this ranks as one of the worse we have ever stayed In.

This is not a hotel. It is a timeshare.

This is not a hotel. It is a timeshare. No they do not force you to buy a timeshare but they also do not provide the services of a hotel. They do not clean the MOTEL room they put you in. They do not take out the trash or give you clean towels. They do not provide more than one tiny bar of soap or toilet paper. Expedia is knowingly selling you a timeshare stay at a place you will not want to return to. Do not pay attention to the pictures. That tall building is not where you will stay. You will stay in a MOTEL with no services is you book with Expedia.

Westgate is a time share.

We loved Branson and can't wait to go back! We won't, however, stay at the Westgate. Not only did they give us a high pressure sale for 4 hours, the room was small and housekeeping services very poor.

Terrible management

My husband and I wanted a quick weekend getaway and booked here. We had been at a theme park all day and came at 5 to check in after a long day. Check in was suppose to start at 4. Our room still was not ready. On top of that, nobody could tell us when it would be done. Not even a ballpark answer. Our room was not finished until 6:15. There was also no attempt to make this mistake right. Check in was also chaos and took a solid 30 minutes. Almost everyone that tried checking in at 5 had to wait for their room to get finished. We will not stay here again.

Avoid At All Costs!!!!!

Pros: The location is great and the pool area is nice enough.
I have stayed at this resort twice now. On both occasions, the rooms we received were not nearly as nice as portrayed on Expedia. The rooms were considerably smaller than the square footage given. The decor, furnishings, appliances, etc., were dated and in poor condition. Don't be fooled by their misrepresentations. When we arrived, it took nearly 40 minutes to get through the check in process. When we woke up the next morning, we had to take cold showers because the water heater was not working. The shower had an enormous amount of mold along the bottom of the door. Our toilet was clogged and would not flush. The jets in the tub were not working. The disposal did not work. The TV remote was not working.....and I am not exaggerating. Just a really bad experience all around; especially given the amount we paid to reserve a Deluxe Villa. Check out the photos I took of the room and then look at the photos of the "Deluxe Villa" accommodations provided on any travel site and decide for yourself.

Nice location but wouldn't stay again

Nice central location to Branson events but we had to wait 3 hours for our second rm to be ready. We didn't get into that room till after 7:00pm. Security or someone related to them woke us up at 3:00am and left before we opened door (security vehicle was visible). Rooms booked as hotel rooms but we did not get our rooms cleaned. (Either one). Heard from several other guests that they would never stay again......they had more problems than we did
