Friendly staff, comfortable room, restaurant on premises was good quality food. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The place is nice and great for the price, but I think my room had bed bugs.. I woke up with about 30 bites and called a nurse friend asking what it was and she told me to throw out my clothes just in case I bring it home or into my car. I'd like it if someone emailed me back about it.

Not pleased with motel

Pros: desk staff was very nice
Cons: Room needs redoing to completely get rid of the smell of old smoke .
Location: Good location , close to exit to 403
Staff at desk was very pleasant , Problem was not with staff . .. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke . Room was very cramped and felt tight . Beds were hard and uncomfortable for sleeping . Our biggest complaint was the smell in the room .

Paper thin walls, staff didn't deal with noise!!

Pros: refurbished and clean, one of few hotels available in the area
Cons: hired some staff with some sense of authority and insulate your walls & doors better
I had to call the front desk 3 times (once every hour) about a party on my floor, with kids running down the halls yelling at each other and major noise from adults that had been removed from their hospitality room at 9:30pm, who then brought the party upstairs. The hotel staff told me that the police had attended after my second call to them, but at no time did the noise level dissipate, so I doubt this to be true. I finally had to go into that hallway at midnight and flip out on all the people in my nightgown, because the noise was not dealt with. My child was in a tournament, and had an early morning game, before which, she only got about 5 hours of sleep. VERY disappointing action on the part of the staff in dealing with this. I had to deal with it myself, and WAY too late, in my opinion. I do NOT recommend this hotel with paper thin walls, and staff that are afraid to deal with things!
