The very annoying thing about this property is that the photos are completely misleading making the room seem vastly larger and more luxurious than it actually is. The room is simple and clean but here were many shortcomings: the TV remote did not work and there were no english/international channels; there was one narrow comforter for 2 people on the bed and nothing extra available in the room; we learned after checking in that the power would be turned off the following day for renovations; and, finally we learned that the restaurant was closed for the foreseeable future. We arrived after dinner and the main door was locked;an envelope was left in the door for us bit there was no head-up by phone/text/email in advance. The entrance is on a back lane with garbage bins on both sides so we felt we were coming in by the janitorial entrance. On the positive side, the hotel was receptive when we said we were disappointed and would stay only one night instead of 5.

An outstanding Hotel
This hotel, with its marvelous location, outstanding cleanliness, friendly staff, ecxellent breakfast, and reasonable price, made our 3 days in Bratislava the highlight of our tour that also included Vienna and Budapest.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the breakfast was great, comfy bed & clean. Loved the riverside walk to town. The dining options in the area were fantastic highly recommend eating at Massimo’s. My only critique is it’s time to upgrade the towels.

One of the most expensive in Bratislava, but I can see why. House keeping knock every day at 9 am, regardless of DND being on. Breakfast very average. Biggest issue, no pool acces, even at €200+ a night!… another €35.

Excellent hotel. The only advice I would have for expedia is to note that pool is available at an additional charge. I booked the hotel because it had a pool. The charge for pool was $35 per person. Parking was $39 per day.

This is a modern stylish property on the banks of the Danube river in Bratislava. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant is nice albeit the main restaurant is closed at the weekend (when we were there anyway), the bar was still serving food. I would recommend.

The rooms were lovely and definitely of a 5 star standard. Turn down service was a nice touch. Would have been better to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. We were disappointed to find that there was an extra charge of 25 Euros per person to use the spa, I have checked the Expedia booking page and it doesn’t explain this anywhere. The spa however was lovely as we did end up paying this nevertheless. It should have just been included in the price paid for the hotel as one of the reasons we chose the hotel is for the spa. I am also an Expedia gold member and I did not get any extra benefits for this despite this being a vip access hotel. Room said castle views but we couldn’t see a castle from our room, we just had a view of a building in front of us.

A nice hotel with good rooms, excellent gym & spa area, nice breakfast and a short walk into town. Climate control not working and weird electric shower that intermittently failed to work are the only complaints. Room is well furnished overall but an update of the weird showers and a working climate control would be appreciated.

Good modern hotel 10 mins walk from the old town
The place is in a business-modern style. Everything works and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. We were there when the place was full, yet it in our room it was totally silent. Food was nice as were cocktails in their ground floor bar.

Don't think twice - book it!
If you're going to Bratislava - STAY HERE! It's a beautiful property with prime service and is very easy to get to by public transportation (trams). The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and extremely comfortable. I would re-tool my entire European itinerary to extend my stay here - for what you pay, it's a phenomenal deal.

Really well appointed hotel, although room temperature was too hot and even with thermostats the lowest we could get it down to was 21 when checked with hotel staff, if you were able to drop the room temperature and feel comfortable it would have been a perfect stay!

It’s unbelievable in this day and age to find no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The room directory stated that complimentary coffee was available throughout the day yet I was still charged for 2 cappuccinos. €30 for overnight parking I thought was also very excessive

The hotel is fairly near the city centre, so walkable. Riverside rooms are quieter. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities are not in the room - I missed my tea in bed before going down for breakfast.

This is the most luxurious hotel in Bratislava , beautiful hotel facing the Danube. It’s not in the Old Town which makes it quieter.
