No because he a/c was not working and it was far from the center of town although it calls itself "centrum hotel"

Nice hotel

Nice hotel not far from centre and I would stay there again . The only negatives are the breakfast is expensive at 16 euro and the window in the toilet is very weird.

Brilliant stay from start to finish

Great location close to the train station and only a €0.90 trip on bus from airport. The staff could not have been friendlier and were able to advise on travel/ annotated a map of the local area for us. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thank you, would definitely return.

Beautiful Hotel, hidden costs

When we arrived we were informed we had to leave a deposit on top of our room rays that would be refundable on check out. No issue with that except that we were a party of 11 couples and the deposits ranged from 20 to 150. During our stay at least 8 of the couples had staff walk in to the room while they were in there early morning announced check their mini fridges and walk back out. On checkout I was charged 64 euro for two mornings breakfast which isn't worth 10, while some members of my party were told it was 32 for both days. I was told that they had a discount and I didn't. After much debate with reception they paid me back my 32 that I was over charged. Overall hotel is beautiful and clean. It is a bit out of the town and the taxi prices to go to town ranged from 5 to 20.

Dear guest, Thank you for your stay in our hotel as well as the feedback which is very important to us. Regarding the preauthorizations on your check-in, the variable prices of the guarantee is due to a different booking type. One is pre-paid others might be not. We agree that mistake can be made as a bigger guarantee is taken in a hassle, but is never used for payment. The standard price for breakfast is 16 Euros per person. My colleagues probably offered a weekend discount. We are happy that everything was dealt within our premises and overall it was a good experience. Great hotel for quick business visit to Bratislava, 200 meters from train station, very convenient for quick drop off. 10 minutes walk from center of the city . Spacious rooms and very friendly hotel stuff - definitely worth considering for my next visit to Bratislava
