Fantastic hotel in the heart of the old town

Posted Aug 18, 2016
Pros: Old character, but modern furnishings. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
Cons: Gluten free bread.
Location: Bratislava is quite small and the castle and city can be discovered in a day or two. There are lovely restaurants and bars around the old town.
The room was very comfortable and spacious with chairs to sit on and a kettle provided. Excellent choice.

Amazing Gem of a Hotel in a Central Location

Posted Aug 1, 2016
Pros: Free Wi-Fi (with good reception) Good Air-Conditioning Clean Rooms and Bathroom Staff Reception Extensive Buffet Breakfast
Location: The hotel is on a main street with the Main square around the corner, and a long stretch of bars and restaurants in the other direction.
We stayed in a large suite on the 1st floor. The decor of the room was a little vintage but it was very clean, well-lit, faced onto the main street and well air-conditioned which was a relief. The bathroom was very contemporary and clean, and the hotel staff, both on check-in and reception, and also in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Bratislava

Posted Jul 31, 2016
Pros: Comfortable room, superb breakfast, location.
Location: Central Bratislava, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the river, bus station and train station.
I arrived in Bratislava at the train station. The hotel is an 15-20 minute walk down the hill from the station - it is easy to miss the entrance to Michalska, it's more a path than a street at that point, but other than that it's straightforward. The hotel was excellent - a spacious modern and comfortable room, and superb breakfast. It's right in the heart of Bratislava, with loads of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Kanonbra läge

Posted Jul 21, 2016

Unique and central

Posted Jun 27, 2016
Pros: Special, historic and uniquely decorated rooms
The location is as central as it gets and the rooms are each uniquely decorated. In the summer there is the issue of noise but they provide earplugs and if you're going out anyway, it will be nice and quiet by morning.

Perfect location for just about everything.

Posted Jun 13, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: n/a
Location: Lots of eating and drinking establishments. Look out for the old fashioned shop round the corner, they sell bits and bobs to keep the museum going
Loved Bratislava. Arrived by ferry from Vienna (would recommend that) and left by train to Budapest. A perfect stopover for a few days, whether going with friends, family or for a romantic escape. Compact, easy to get around, friendly, pretty. Watch out for the queues at the ice cream parlours ... Worth it.

Zentral gelegene Appartements-old fashion und laut

Posted May 18, 2016
Pros: Lage
Cons: Licht, Lautstärke durch bessere Fenster
Location: zentral Altstadt
