“Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider führt eine schmal und steile Treppe in den 1\. Stock, von der wir im Inserat nichts erfahren haben. In unserem Fall stellte sie ein Problem dar. Wir haben den Vermieter zwar nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber er war sofort bereit uns zu helfen, einen wichtigen Gegenstand wieder zu bekommen, den wir in der Wohnung zurückgelaasen haben. ”
