Our suite is nicer than expected given the low rate. It is very spacious for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. We will stay again next time we are in the area

Nice hotelPosted Dec 23, 2017
It was great staying here! Nice and quiet and beautiful home decor
Just okay at best!Posted Dec 20, 2017 on Hotels
The hotel looks nice however, they are doing construction to the buildings, the condition of the rooms is just kind of mediocre at best. The check in staff was barely aware of anything. However, the worst was the actual sleeping part. The bed was nice BUT, the pillows AND the comforter were absolutely terrible. One of the worst night sleep's I have ever had.

We always stay at this location because it's a nice hotel and it's close to things. The rooms here sometimes get sold out so you always have to book them fast.

The suite looked like an apartment. We enjoyed our stay. I think they could be updated though

Worst experience I ever had. took my moneyPosted Dec 1, 2017
Pros: nothing, bad experience. They took my money without advising plus it was a bogus fee. Check all the other negative reviews, happens a lot.
Cons: Communication. Parking. Dont lie to guests. They gave me a room that I did not reserve. obviously from other reviews, Chase is not the most honest
On November 4, 2017 I made reservations to stay at Chase Suites in Brea, Ca. for November 24-26 (2 nights). When I made the reservations I advised Chase that I needed a bottom floor in an area as quiet as possible. (husband is handicapped) When I arrived they had NO bottom floor rooms left. I had the reservations since Nov 4. I was on a tight schedule so I had no other choice. Going up the stairs, husband tripped on a small step. We continued to the room which was directly next to a room under construction. Crap was all over the balcony and had to move stuff just to get in the door. family in town picked us up holding their dog due to 92 degree weather and not leaving in car. The dog never entered the room. We returned that night after 11pm, crap still all over the balcony. workers in room next door pounding and listening to mariachi music. This went on for hours. I tried calling office, busy signal. I walked down to office, door locked. Long story short....when I arrived home, I checked my credit card. They charged me a 500.00 pet fee for a dog that I did not have. plus my rooms all together ws 835.00. Numerous contact with hotel brought negative results. I am currently working my atty. to recover my bogus fees. Also, they do not have adequate handicap parking.

The worst hotel experience I have ever hadPosted Dec 1, 2017
Pros: Nothing. The manager "Chase" (ironic) is not honest in my opinion. I would not be posting this review if management did the right thing.
Cons: The management could be nicer and tell me that my letter that I sent him was "annoyingly long." Corporate needs to make this right!
Location: Staff should have honored my correct reservations as well as not put me next to a room under construction.
On November 4, 2017 I made reservations to stay at Chase Suites in Brea, Ca. for November 24-26 (2 nights). When I made the reservations I advised Chase that I needed a bottom floor in an area as quiet as possible. (husband is handicapped). We were in town to visit family and were on a tight itinerary. My sister picked us up and we had to go. She brought her dog up to the door with her due to weather of 92 degrees outside, but never entered the room. Bottom line...I asked for downstairs and quiet area. Once I arrived, they said no bottom floors available. They made me take a upstairs with adjoining walls to a room under construction. Nightmare. On the balcony, in front of my room door was wet paint, dirty shoes, wet mop and two paint buckets and several office chairs that were blocking my door. They only had 1 handicapped parking by office. I tried contacting corporate due to a false "pet" fee on my bill of 500.00. I thought it was a mistake. It wasn't. Corporate "Chase" stated his worker saw me with a dog. Did the worker see all the crap in front of my door? The workers hammering in the adjoining room worked all day and night, past 11pm. I tried contacting the office and it was busy. I went to the office and the doors were locked. They will not remove the charge. I believe its a cover up for the crap that was all over the balcony blocking my room. What if there was a fire?? Very unsafe and high liability. Chase corporate needs to do the right thing!

Our Home During Termite Tenting!Posted Nov 19, 2017 on Hotels
Stayed here while our house was being termite fumigated. It's very close & convenient to our house & to our gym & community center. I chose it because I've ridden my bike by it many times & wondered how nice it would be. I was delightfully surprised with the accommodations. Unfortunately, I thought we were getting a king suite with a full kitchen, but discovered a few days before that they were only giving us a king suite with a microwave and mini-fridge! The Hotels.com website described our room as a "king suite w/kitchenette". Luckily the desk clerk had the larger room available but I had to pay an extra $10/night plus tax or $22 more for the room I thought I was getting to begin with. No biggie but the pictures in their website only showed rooms with full kitchens so I naturally thought that's what we were getting. We were very pleased with the room, nice and big and great heating and A/C. One complaint though, the comforter on the bed was soooooo heavy we slept horribly the first night. But I requested another blanket, which housekeeping brought immediately, and we slept grrrreat the second night once the comforter was taken off. I've got to say that the dining room was very nice and the scrambled eggs were THE BEST EGGS I'VE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL BREAKFAST! They weren't the gross, premixed microwave ones, they were freshly scrambled right in the kitchen BOTH MORNINGS we were there! The bacon was excellent too, as were the bisquits and gravy.
