"We had a great welcome at the hotel. Calm atmosphere and staff at reception were very helpful. Our room was very clean and there was plenty of hot water to shower. Our room was on the third floor and spacious. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel for our two nights in Arras. The location was great and straight out on to a beautiful square. We arrived by train and we could walk to the hotel which was important for us. Enjoyed our stay."
