This place is gorgeous. I've stayed there twice now and I love it. HOWEVER, I won't be making a return trip and will find another resort because the service and the people this time around were rude, lazy, and not at all helpful. They didn't show us to our room even though we were struggling and a bit lost. It was my birthday and I had a package delivery which they never bothered to deliver. When I was finally notified that I had a delivery, it was three days after I had checked out and they wanted MY credit card to mail it to me. The person on the phone was extremely unapologetic and rude and didn't seem to realize that someone had done something kind to give a gift while he had not bothered to deliver it. I will never know who it was from and that person wasted their money all because the front desk staff was too lazy to call my cell phone and inform me that I had a package waiting for me. Then, when I asked to speak with the manager of the hotel, he was reluctant to allow that. I still have not heard from the manager, even though I left my name and number with this individual. I suggest that if the resort would like to continue to receive repeat guests, they get a different front desk staff or this three star hotel will turn two star pretty quickly.
