the street from the Jack Nicklaus designed 27-hole Breckenridge Golf
Club. The perfect getaway for summer or winter. Highland Greens is
close to hiking, biking, and golfing in the Summer. In the winter,
take advantage of the private shuttle that can take you to town or the
slopes within a few minutes. After a day of hiking, biking, or skiing,
sauna and workout room. This upscale, well finished condo has a gas
fireplace and everything to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoy
south-views of the slopes and 10-Mile Range off the large deck. Also,
enjoy the ease and convenience of the large ski locker at the end of
the hallway.

This home has a king master suite with private deck, TV and mountain
views. There is additional accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa in
the living room.

*During the winter ski season, Highland Greens offers shuttle service
to the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. The shuttle only operates
during the peak winter period (typically December ? March) and is
subject to availability during the ski season and cannot be guaranteed

GETTING AROUND:
This property is a quick 10-minute drive to town or parking for the
gondola.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All Breckenridge properties come stocked with a
basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue,
hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher
detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional
products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and
towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware,
dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking in
Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere
to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need
additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided
by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at
the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and
trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or
AWD vehicles required in

Nice clean room. It was a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. The living room was a nice size with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable too. Great location in a pretty area.
