Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful, updated, and well-equipped corner condo is located in one of Pine Ridge's true-ski-in buildings. Through its oversized windows, the large and welcoming living area overlooks the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and Saw Mill Creek. In the summer, sit out on the balcony and listen to the creek gurgling through the wooded wetlands. In the winter, enjoy pleasant evenings in front of the gas log fireplace as you break out family board games or read a favorite book. Prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for everyone in the well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite has a private safe for valuables. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the upper first (1st) floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
