We liked the ambiance,staff and breakfast buffet. Room view was a Carpark at exhaust level to your open windows. No oven or grill in the mini kitchen was disappointing.

Good base for Lake Garda
Great location and ideal base for Lake Garda. Car park small and cars do block entrance/exit so can be delayed if have to leave early whilst another guest moves their car out of way. There is road noise as the windows/shutters don’t give any soundproofing. Room was big and spotless and lovely shower. Kitchenette great too.

Amazing
Amazing views over lake gaurda. Hotel had comfortable beds and a kitchenette. Wish we stayed for longer. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Great choice at breakfast. View from roof top gardens very good.

Great place next to lake and town.
Check in very easy and staff helpful .Had a room with a balcony over looking the lake.Very good facilities in room and great aircon.Rooms were spotless and cleaned regularly.Would not hesitate to recommend.

Astonishing views, comfortable room.
The hotel is in excellent location with stunning views, just a very short walk outside of town. Rooms were plain and very comfortable, but when you open the curtains to that beautiful view, it makes it worth every penny. The breakfast was also very nice.

Beautiful location and very accommodating staff
The location of the hotel is perfect! We arrived in the early evening after a long day of travel. We only booked the room for 4 people but at the last minute our oldest daughter had been able to join us so we had 5. The gentleman at the front desk offered us a second room across the hall at no additional charge and was then helpful in offering options for eating in the area. I will definitely stay here again!

1st Floor standard room with non lake view looked directly into parked cars so you couldn’t open your shutters. The noise from outside in the hall and above were very loud. The area is great for outdoor activities.

Apartment lacked decor entirely. Also sparsely furnished so sound bounced all around room. Parking in the lot was a real headache too. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the views are stunning.

Great holiday!
The hotel room was fairly compact with tiny kitchenette and balcony. The location however was terrific and the view over the lake and mountains from the balcony was wonderful! Room was stocked with essentials (towels and loo roll) regularly, which is great. Breakfast had a reasonable variety of options and we left each morning well fed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were all keen to to help, it never looked like it was hard work for them.

Location!! Is perfect
The Hotel is great. Forget the reveiw of the hotel you will spend most of your time outside. This has to be one of my favorite places in Italy. Fresh water, camping, hiking, biking, and the main sport wind surfing. Restaurants at your door step and views that are breath taking.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the lake.
It was our first time visiting Italy, each one of us( two adults and two teenagers) fell in love with Lake Garda. We cannot praise the hotel enough, the staff were all so helpful, the food at the breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, our room was clean with amazing views of the lake, the room was kept clean for us everyday, the hotel was near the beach and we would recommend anyone to visit Torbole. The only negative is that there were not enough sockets in the room to charge phones and heat the kettle.

The location was excellent, across from the lake and a few minutes from the town centre. Checkin was fast, friendly, informative. The bedding is very comfortable, the water pressure excellent, and the view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast was pretty good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect basic location for exploring Lake Garda
Hotel was very well located especially if you are interested in water sports. Walking distance from Torbole's centre and staff very friendly and helpful. Quite basic- kitchenette in rooms. perfect if you're just using as a base to explore the area.

it was an ok hotel. on 2 occassions we had experience we ants flooding our room. the air condition/heater was regulated by the hotel staff, at night when it was cold, we had to ask staff to put on the heaters. we had to live early on monday morning in order to catch our flight, we were told the front desk staff dont start till 7.30am, there was therefore no one to check us out. we had pai for breakfast for 3 days but did not get to have breakfast on monday which was when we left. it was a good experience in all some lovely restaurants.

Great view, location and staff.
Location was great, both Strada della Forra and Strada del Ponale were easy to get to by car. We used hotel as base to get round lake and to visit cities like Verona and Trento. Staff were fantastic, very informative and when we mentioned the beds were not separated we found that was sorted when we came back from the supermarket. One issue is the booking email needs to be updated to mention that check-out times start later in off-peak season, however after I called the number a young lady was at the reception in 10 minutes and she was very helpful and had a great attitude. We had a lake view studio, which I highly recommend. Waking up and seeing the view was certainly worth the extra few euros. Room was refurbished and very clean, though beds were not the most comfortable but they were ok. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone, especially if you are on a certain budget.

Best location ever!!
We have just returned after spending 4 days at this hotel in Torbole. At first we thought that it was the furthest point from Verona Airport but wow!! What a fantastic location to explore the whole lake. The hotel seems basic at first but has everything you need. The upgrade we were very kindly given to a lakeside view room did not disappoint. Waking up every morning to that view was magical. The hotel staff could not do enough with any questions we had. The breakfast was basic was adequate. Our room was comfortable, clean and the self contained kitchen was a welcome addition. But the best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. We hired a car and visited many towns around the lake during our 4 day stay. The northern end of the island is truly amazing with breathtaking views.

Good hotel, lived up to expectations.
Hotel - excellent studio like room. Clean and with basic kitchenette facilities. Bathroom a little outdated but ok. Friendly and helpful staff. Location - Torbole is one of the quieter resorts around Garda, but a hub for watersports and cycling. Easy access to Riva and other parts of the lake by boat or coach (we didn't have a car). We could walk into Torbole in 5/10 mins for a decent choice of restaurants. Only negative is crossing the dangerous road immediately in front of hotel, would need care with children. We were two single travellers, found it a nice mix of families and sports enthusiasts.

Simple design, great location
Lake was still beautiful despite rainy weather. Easy parking. Great staff.Breakfast with wonderful, bread, high quality butter and marmalade, and lots of gadgets: individual egg boiling baskets with timers provided, automatic pancake machine (watch while your two small pancakes are cooked on a conveyor belt), and push button cappuccino (made with fresh milk and freshly ground beans). We had the least expensive room and it had plenty of room, a small kitchen and because it was on the end still had a partial view of the lake. A lake view room would be stunning in perfect weather.Not frilly, mostly spare and white.

we got what we paid for
Stayed for a week the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was superb, now for the down sides. Had we been told that animals were allowed in the rooms we would not have stayed, as soon as i entered the room i knew a dog had been there , i started to itch and the room smelled of dogs. There was a very small kitchen with a hot plate and kettle, the shower in the bathroom was tiny and very underpowered. The t.v. was all italian , my experience is most hotels in europe have CNN, SKY NEWS or BBC world news. i have asked expedia what would they have done if my reaction to animals would have been extreme.

superb hotel
great hotel. view is stunning and gorgeous if the room is facing the street. the lake view is right across the street and view of mountains are simply awesome. the breakfast spread is excellent. carpark lots are plentiful. nice garden behind the hotel. staffs are friendly too. room are quite big for superior room. just excellent.
