No one care

Staying at this hotel for two weeks three days every week, I was at risk of losing valuable in the room.
The first week stay was good except at the reception did not know that they already hold a credit card details for any charges, challenged to give a credit card I knew they already have, asking them to check the booking I was proven right, that was minor issue, the second week stay the same challenge for credit card I was proven right again; but the second day stay coming back from work at 18:30 to find my room door wide open jammed with used towels and no one in, assuming that they are running late cleaning the room I sat and waiting with the door open,10 minuets later no one arrived I phoned the reception, told they will ring back, minuets later the receptionist and another person arrived and they were chocked to see the mess and the door wide open jammed with towels see photos; they took photos and removed the towels apologising saying they will report to the Hotel manager, asked me to check for any missing items as I may have had lost or gone missing due to the door being left open by the room carers / cleaners
I was very cross as no one showed any care; walked off instead of waiting till I checked if any item of my belonging is missing and was lucky nothing was
