Outside of refrigerator was filthy. I can send pic

Overall had a nice stay except refrigerator exterior was filthy.i can send pictures. Lots of bags of garbage laying around by steps. Fire alarm went off in middle of night, so everyone had to go outside cause it hurt our ears. No fire. Car alarm repeatedly went off another night. Room was fine except the refrigerator.

Very pleased

The staff was amazing. So nice! My daughter and I stayed a week as I am going through a divorce. The first room had been smoked in but I assumed all rooms at an extended stay would be that way. My room needed a little work, the air conditioning unit needed maintenance, but it got the job done. The carpets were really dirty and stained and the smell was pretty bad from the smokers before. I let the front desk know about the smoking, but decided to just stay put. After my week was over they gave me a free night stay and I moved to a different room that was amazing! It was clean and smelled normal and the airconditioning unit was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great price, great staff, and they allow pets!

Booked a room and breakfast through Expedia. However, there was No breakfast room and No breakfast. There never was, as our friendly receptionist explained.

Needs a cleaning

This is a fairly new hotel but is not very well kept. The entire building could use a good scrub. I like extented stay hotels for the most part but this one needs some work. Hotel is located in a nice area.

No one works

Seems to be an epidemic, no one likes to work. The desk clerk went home and forwarded the phones. Then I watched him pull up in his car.

Not happy

Housekeeping tried to kick me out and in the morning breakfast was gone by 6:10am and not refilled. Worst was the desk attendant went home and forwarded the phones one morning and I watched home pull up in his car.

Noisy smelly place !

People talking in front of your room in the middle of the night. Disgusting smell from overflowing trash barrels when you go downstairs. Room was never taken care of !
