OK, but needs some attention.

Smoke alarm not installed-wires hanging from ceiling. Bath faucet not set in wall. Shower curtain too short and did not stay in tub causing water to run on floor and into the kitchen. Coffee had grounds in it - tried 2 cups. Some garbage flying around parking lot.

Not what was expected

As someone that has traveled 1500 room nights in ten years, I had never stayed in a place without a hair dryer. Since I was there for a business closeby, I couldn’t even style my hair with no hair dryer. I contacted front desk but the person could not bring the hair dryer to me and I couldn’t go because I could not get dressed in my business clothes with wet hair. This is not a place for business people - particular women.

It was pretty bad.

Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: Almost everything. See my main review above.
Location: This hotel is really close to everything, but not directly in the line of traffic. A few unique restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, Target
It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it was pretty bad. So much of it is just old. This is an "Extended Stay". So people stay in these rooms longer than just passing through. And I think that plays a part in this place not being taken care of. The rooms are not cleaned and stocked everyday. I had to take my old towels down to the lobby, in order to get new ones. The paint is bubbling in the bathroom. The fan was not working in the bathroom. And since the fan wasn't working, that didn't help when having to go to the bathroom. The mattress was stained, but had one of those pads under the sheet. The white sheets also had some stains on them. When I checked into the room, the cleaning lady had just left telling me 'it was all fresh'. She had just sprayed a lot of Lysol in there. I smelled it all over the pillows and sheets. There is no elevator.

Way overpriced and not a great experienc.

This place was way too expensive and the comforts of home were not here in the room. The bed was horrible, the chair even more so. The ac would only work intermittently and I accidentally left my pillow in the room,( which was a very expensive one) and the management could care less. Oh the reason I left it in the room was because we got woke up by fire alarms blaring and 4:30am.

Basic Motel with kitchenette.

Pros: The presence of a kitchenette was a plus.
Cons: The room was supposed to have a microwave oven, but non was present in the room. When I asked for one, I waited 36 hours to get one.
Room was satisfactorily clean, Side chair was comfortable, Kitchenette was usable, but no microwave and only one each of a pot, pan, spatula, plate, spoon, fork. The kitchen items were left on the floor adjacent to the door of the room. WiFi internet was minimally slow and linked me immediately to a pay for upgrade site. Breakfast was coffee, tea, instant oatmeal and breakfast bars.

Overall it was disappointing. Pillows were terrible. Parking lot was creepy. I booked two rooms because of my family traveling with us and they put us in different building on oppositw ends of the hotel.

A nice stay close to downtown Nashville.

Pros: Amenities and food nearby.
Cons: Detailed cleaning of kitchen and bathroom.
Location: Corky's BBQ.
My experience at this Extended Stay hotel was pleasant, although there were small things that bothered me. Before I get into that, know that I slept, slept well, and felt rested, but I could've done that elsewhere for a cheaper price. Usually, when I'm on long road trips, like I was when I booked this place, I go for cheaper motels because I save, I know I won't be there long, and if there are any issues, I know can tolerate it for the night. I paid more to stay at this hotel, but aside from having a kitchen (no cooking ware, silverware, or dishes unless you get a package with the hotel, so basically a fridge and microwave), it felt like another cheap hotel. The amenities were nice and it was relatively clean. The TV was clear but lacked a range of channels. The bathroom and refrigerator needed more detailed cleaning. A few stains here or there. Hairs from the previous tenant were in the corner of the tub - that was the biggest issue, and the previous tenant also left food and drink in the refrigerator. Granted, I can take someone else's trash out myself, but when I see cleaning issues, it makes me wonder - If the cleaning crew isn't going into detail, what's dirty that my naked eye can't see? Are they just going from room to room as fast as they can doing half the job? Be prepared to wait in the lobby. They are often running around helping tenants or in the back. There is no bell to get their attention but they'll eventually come around to you.
