Lack of basic materials

Room was spacious and modest. The coffee machine was not there. No hair dryer. They said breakfast included. The only things they serve for breakfast coffee and cookie.

Room service

There was no room service on October 14, 2017. I don't know what happened but room service did not clean the room.

Stay anywhere but here, especially at 100 a night! 1st room was dirty, drawer missing in dresser, air didn't work, smelled terribly of exterminator grade bug spray. Second room was still dirty, air somewhat worked (maybe ran 10 degrees warmer than set), no bug spray smell. Cold coffee and a granola bar for breakfast. Never again

This hotel (?) should be taken off the site. It is unsafe as the rear door does not HAVE A LOCK - such that anyone can enter the building at any time of night or day. Sketchy people hanging around...Way too expensive for the condition of the property. Exterior window frame of our room had been pried with something, as if someone had attempted to break in. If we hadn't need a room for just four hours, I would have cancelled but everything else was sold out.

The overall hotel was decent. We did have issues with the air and refrigerator. The staff changed our room without any issues. The staff was missing a lot from behind the counter. There seemed to always be a sign at the desk stating that the person would return soon. Also the first room had strands of hair all over the bathroom walls. The new room gave us no issues.

So many stairs made it so hard to get luggage to the room. Floor levels awkward.

Room and hotel were not overly clean. Bedspread had stains - floor was dirty and needed vacuumed. Did not have regular amenities such as hair dryer and coffee maker. Hotel had full kitchen but no so much as a glass in the cupboards.

Not great

Pros: Having a kitchen. Location. Air conditioning worked well. Wifi was good.
Cons: Better service at front desk, clean rooms better, don't allow anyone to smoke (especially staff), make sure kitchen materials are offered at checkin.
Location: Target, Starbucks, Panera, Walmart, and many others. Close to Nashville and airport.
Stayed here for 4 days. The hotel is relatively small with one long hallway and 3 floors. Plenty of parking and the surrounding area is nice with many stores. Bathroom was not fully cleaned when we checked in. We were not offered any kitchen materials and had to ask the next day. Our keys did not work when we returned at the end of the day and had to be rekeyed - twice! After the second time they told us that noone had checked us in when we arrived! Front desk acted like we were asking for too much to get new keys. Strong smell of smoke in downstairs hall, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. Very thin, small towels. Small breakfast with coffee, tea, granola bars. This is a very basic, very no frills place.
