Average hotel. Nothing stood out, and we got a good deal. We were very disappointed that the hot water was not working (or it takes more than 10 minutes to warm up??) and the A/C unit in our room would not let us change the settings (not sure if this was a room flaw or a community standard).

Definitely very run down. Trash outside was completely overflowing as well as the cigarette outpost. Hamptons website states this is a pet friendly hotel but upon arrival I was informed it was a $75 non refundable fee for my dog which was unexpected. The rooms are dingy and bedding stained. The shower head could not be adjusted to my tall height, when I attempted to adjust it water started spraying all over out of the back of it. I have 2 more Hampton Rooms reserved at 2 other locations in the next 7 days and now I am concerned.

The walls are THIN! Our neighbors came in late and we could hear them talking and laughing. We could even hear one of them coughing in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the room was nicely appointed and the staff was friendly.

Nice place to stay
We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was well laid-out and comfortable. The breakfast had many healthy options. I love that their pool was still open in mid-September! The desk clerk was also very helpful.

My son booked the room for me on line. I always look for a Hampton mainly because I have a small service dog (actually considered a therapy dog) and Hampton has always allowed her to stay and I pay for her to stay. Lovely remodeled hotel. Very clean and neat. I will stay there again. Got s Senior Citizen traveling alone, I felt very safe there - given I walk my dog before we retire for the night. The staff were all polite. I highly recommend this Hampton off I65 in Brentwood, tennessee
