The hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and professional. The hotel location was excellent very convenient to mall and stores.

Good place to stay

Pretty good place to stay. We had one minor annoyance at check-in. Our original reservation was for two days. At the last minute, we had a change of plans and were going to be arriving a day later and only staying for one day. We understood it was too late to change our reservation and we were perfectly fine with paying for two nights. We called the hotel to make sure this was OK and were assured it was. Well, guess what happened? We arrived and they had cancelled our reservation because we "DNS" (Did Not Show) -- Their words. Not a good idea to use company jargon to a customer. -- the previous night. Well, I informed them we had called to let them know we would be coming a day later and were assured our room would be saved. What should have been a simple problem REALLY through their desk staff for a loop and it took a good 15-20 minutes to resolve. Everyone remained cool, they got us a room and it was all good, but this should not been such an issue. Overall, it was a pleasant stay...

Had a great one-night stay. Parking was close by and safe. Front desk guys were very nice and helpful. The ladies working a very busy breakfast were also friendly and seemed to actually care about doing a good job. Room was clean.

Hotel and room were really nice and clean. Staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. King size bed was comfortable, however my husbands side dipped considerably. Our 3 yr old slept on the pull out couch, it was good enough for him, but not supportive for an adult. The bathroom was super nice. The shower was huge. And the hotel gives you Paul Mitchell shampoo!There was a inside poo but it is small and got crowded quick. We would definantly stay again. Only 2.5 miles to the zoo. Great location!
