GREAT LOCATION BUT THE PHOTOS SHOWN ARE MISLEADING
We stayed at this hotel upon booking we checked the photos provided of the room we are a family of 5 my daughters are 17 16 10 the room shown in the photos as a family room looked adequate for us.we were in Italy for a wedding in Modena for 2 nights so thought we would spend 3 nights near the lake to wind down after a long drive we arrived at the hotel late checkin all done we went to the room it was not that was shown in the pictures however I said to my wife I will address it in the morning as it’s late.In the morning I approached the woman on reception who I believe owns the hotel I said that the photos are not of the room and are misleading she said that on HOTELS.COM you can only upload a certain amount of pics which I know is a load of rubbish as I use HOTELS.COM all the time some have many photos. So basically check by email or calling if the room you will get is the one in the photos the room we had was a 2 double rooms one with 1 double bed other with 2 single beds and a small bed squeezed in there is no floor space at all whereas the family room in the pic shows a large floor space room with adjoining room suitable for children.however location was fantastic very local to the lake and shops etc.the hotels decor is old and needs updating.This hotel is ideal for a couple or a family of 3 unless given the family room in the pics.Also our room had an infestation of ants only after the shower is used they appear mainly in the bathroom and corridor.

It was a great view of the lake from our balcony. Economy hotel, great value. We had a car so parking and getting around was easy. Breakfast was wonderful and our hosts were a delight! The town is more by the castle and not within walking distance.

I would go back to that hôtel and recommend it.
The service and the breakfast were excellent. The lady at the reception suggested activities and was very helpful. There is a nice terrasse on the roof with long chairs but the weather was not permitting. Rooms are comfortable.

Hotel was well positioned on the north of the lake
Our room (number 36) was a little small however it was very clean. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were very pleasant. To get the best of our break we used the 4 euros a day hotel hire bikes.

Older hotel near lake with excellent breakfast.
A rather tired building which was definitely in the shadow of the others around it. A small amount of parking, a pleasant lobby but no English TV channel or 24 hr room service. Some staff were helpful but when I rang the lobby and asked in French "do you speak English?" I was non plussed by the response which was "non" Where do you go from there!

we were in 2 triple rooms. in one of them there were few ants in the room and the third bed was a bunk bed that was not comfortable for us. there is a nice balcony in each room. breakfast is fine. you can rent a bicycle for 2 euro per day.

great value stay.
this family run hotel were friendly. their knowledge of English was limited. But this did not detract from a very pleasant stay. The rooms are a little small and the bathroom was very compact. But every thing was very clean. The break fast was good but not five star. There was a good vue of the lake and the balcony was of a useful size. very close to the lake and near by supermarkets. We were impressed by La Cavallo restruant which is just two minutes up the roads to the right of hotel. They had statue of a white horse out side. We went back four times each time was a delight. This is almost opposite a catholic church.
