My room needed a bad make over. The bed felt like it has not been replaced for decades. The carpet, sink, and shower need to be replaced. They need to be updated. The hallway slightly smells like sewer. The staff is GREAT though!

Convenient to the train station, but…
A decent hotel, within view of the train station. Overall friendly staff. The entrance, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and comfortable. However my room, not sure about all of them as I know they are doing some renovations, was extremely outdated. The bed was very low to the ground and not very comfortable. The sink and fixtures in the bathroom were also very low. One of the lights were out in the bathroom which made it very dark. Told the front desk about it, but it didn’t get fixed before I left. There were holes in the wall, upholstery on the chairs was ripped and a terrible view. The room needed an entire overhaul. The light on the phone continually blinked and after telling the front desk about it twice I just unplugged it for my last night. I expected more, way more from a 4-star hotel, considering I jus stayed at one last week in Portugal. While it was right next to the train station which made it very convenient for walking, there are others in the vicinity or as well, or as in my case for my next visit I have booked another a little further away.

Not going to stay there ever again.
Artived at Igea around 21:00 pm and it is by the train station, there was no parking spot so we had to walk from the parking house at the station, did not feel safe. The room was outdated and smelly.

Good location Staff gave wrong bus information about my trip to the fair and i want to wrong bus stop location in cold weather. i found it hard to communicate with staff they answer you very shortly with uncertainty ,the room furniture and carpet is quite old many spots in the carpet especially in the corridor During the last 6 months i have been to more then 20 different hotels in EU ,Asia and Africa this hotel is the worst and it shouldn't be more the 2 or maximum 3 star hotel.

For those who want to save money
For someone who wants to save money its a great place, easy to get from train station, and very close to metro station (2 minutes from the hotel) but if you are looking for a 5 stars hotel, this is not the place, old an dusty carpet in the hallway areas, room furniture outdated, room size is ok, and breakfast not fancy but cheap (5€) bathroom big enough but old.

We did like that the property was located near the train station, but there wasn't exactly a place to load/unload the luggage. So, put the car on the sidewalk, and the front desk was supper helpful in allowing our luggage to stay in a secure area until our return. We didn't like the lighting in the room because it was a bit dim, and the carpet was very aged. We are not sure if we would stay here again. Staff was wonderful, but facility not so great...

Nice hotel very convenient
Super conveniently located, right across from the railway station and nearby metro. Easy access to the old parts of Brescia. Comfortable hotel with historically luxurious feel. A lot of Italian guests. Great standard of breakfast, very affordable. Delicious meals at the restaurant. Staff were very helpful.

A very nice hotel, ideally situated for the station. We were greeted by an English speaking clerk, the check in was fast and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant which has a selection of local dishes, we ate there and it was delicious. There is free parking in an underground lot just around the corner from the hotel, we didn’t use it, we just chained our motorcycle to the railings outside the main entrance. The included breakfast was also very nice.
