Terrible Experience, Terrible WiFi, Quaint Rooms

Pros: The come & go was private and nice. The room had a cool character to it.
Cons: Check-In was the worst check-in I've ever had, absolutely terrible and inexcusable. WiFi signal was horrible in room. Had to walk into hall.
Location: Not a terrible location but not dead center. 10-15 minute walk from the train station
After multiple delayed flights and missed connections, I finally reach the hotel at 9pm after 18 hours of travel. The reservation confirmation noted they are open until 10pm. I walked from the train station (10 mins if you do it all right) in the cold, quiet night only to find the doors closed. I ring the bell. I wait. I ring the bell. I wait more. I wait further. I ring the bell twice. I wait. I try knocking at the door, maybe the bell doesn't work. I ring the bell. I knock. Without a working phone, I'm standing out there for quite some time in the cold night air. Eventually, an older man answers the door and immediately scolds me for making a ruckus. He keeps me outside quizzing me what I want. I tell him I'm trying to check-in, my phone is not working, I've been traveling since yesterday with a ton of problems and I need WiFi to contact a friend to ensure her I'm okay. He still doesn't let me in. I produce my reservation for him and he says he needs to get his glasses to read it. Then he proceeds to tell me they don't use Orbitz and I am trying to use a fake reservation. I'm exasperated but ensure his hotel name & address are correct. Yes, they are correct, but this is a fake reservation. Fine I say, can I at least get WiFi as I am 90 minutes late for a friend who was expecting me. No, he tells me, WiFi is only for guests and I'm not a guest as they have no business with Orbitz. I can pay him for a real reservation or leave. Eventually OK. WiFi TERRIBLE! Otherwise OK

this hotel is in an idea location within 10 mins walk of the train station its staff are increbily friendly and helpful. the star rating doesnt do it justice. really enjoyed our stay

Ottima l'accoglienza (personale veramente gentile e disponibile).. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo(meno di 60euro/notte), buona la pulizia della camera.. non giudicabile la colazione in quanto non usufruita.. ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal centro parcheggio gratuito a 200m pecca l'insonorizzazione della camera in quanto si sentono quasi tutti i rumori delle camere adiacenti e del corridoio..

Buona posizione, camera un poco fredda

Pros: la posizione e l'ambiente
Cons: temperatura camera in inverno e prezzo
Location: è in parte ad un centro commerciale, con cinema e negozi vari, oltre che abbastanza vicino al centro città
La posizione è molto buona e la pulizia della camera ottima. Ho alloggiato a dicembre e la camera era fredda. Personale gentile e disponibile. Per un bed&breakfast il prezzo è un po' caro, anche se a Brescia ci sono posti peggiori a prezzi maggiori (purtroppo è una città dove non c'è concorrenza tra hotel).
