“Das dritte Bett war ein Couch mit ungeeigneten Bettlaken bezogen. Der Abfluss im Duschbereich war schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Um zu duschen mussten wir erst die Reinigungsarbeiten Eigenhändig verrichten. Das war eine sehr demütigende Erfahrung. Trotz täglichen Kommunikation, hat sich nichts getan.”
