“The value was great, the parking and breakfast was a block away. The breakfast was an all you can eat buffet free, and the parking was free. Rooms could use update on decor. Because of the high humidity, right on the beach, you have to set A/C to the lowest temperature otherwise the room felt very damp. We had an ocean view with a kitchenette which helped us for our Sabbath stay. Minor maintenance needs could be seen , concrete ceiling paint chips, missing switch for a standing lamp. All staff……

It wasn't but they provided us a pass to the pool so the we could enjoy it while we waited and also took my number so they could let us know in case the room was ready (which it was) before 4:00 pm”

“There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.”

“The room was fairly clean and loved the fact that we had a direct view of the beach. But, the bathroom sink smelled like straight sewage water whenever we attempted to use it. We couldn’t wash our hands, brush our teeth, etc with the sink and did everything in the shower. We had to keep the bathroom door closed because the smell would also appear even if the sink wasn’t in use. Wanted to leave a better review because our stay wasn’t horrible. But that would make any stay a bit unsettling.”

“I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. The pictures describe it as a clean and pleasant place to stay, neither is true, don’t be fooled. The roof was leaking when we were there, the wallpaper peeling off the walls, the rooms smelled damp and putrid. There was one 15 year old manning the front desk, she was no help with any issues and was overwhelmed. The icing on this disgusting Petri dish calling itself a hotel were the prostitutes coming and going through the lobby as I waited for the……

“The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!”
