Clean, pet-friendly hotel at a great rate!

We were looking for a quick, inexpensive stay while traveling through the area and were very happy with our choice! This was one of the nicer hotels at a great rate as well as being pet-friendly. Friendly staff & clean rooms.. would surely recommend.

Upon arrival...in Bridgeport, no one to give us directions to hotel. Extremely frustrating. Phone person could care less. Said she was not good at directions, and no one else there to ask. (?!). Had to stop at Hampton Inn to get directions to Best Western. Not a good 1st impression!

Mix up with rooms. People banged on our door most of the night and early in the morning trying to get into the wrong room.

Tight accommodation

Bed was rock hard, room was small, bathroom... had to almost stand behind toilet to shut the door... I paid for and anticipated a nice comfortable room for my family... Do not feel I received my money'so worth...
