Close to interstate

Cons: Repair AC/heat unit
Location: Fairmont, WV
Just needed a place to stay prior to a meeting. Check in was easy and quick. Booked online and arrived at hotel in 15 minutes. Reservation was already available. Only disappointment was that air conditioner/ heating unit would not work. Would have like to have room a little warmer, but it was adequate. It was late and had already settled in, did not complain to management. Told them at checkout.

Awesome! But then...

Staff was great, beds were super comfortable, my room smelled like something was burning and it turned out to be the filter in the room heater caked with dust. Not a big deal, but then days later my card was charged after I had already paid to Expedia. Still trying to get it worked out.

Two Day Stay

Pros: Office staff was knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly. Room had been re-done recently and was very pleasant and comfortable. The price was reasonable, though I still am unsure why the second day was $5 more than the first.
Cons: Breakfast was very sparse. Bread and toaster and cold cereal and small yoghurt. A little hard to find. Otherwise very good.
Location: We were there on business and it was a comfortable distance from our meetings.

Overall great place to stay

Very clean and friendly staff. Hotel is close to lots of places. Room was not as comfortable as I expected.

Nice room

Pros: Room was nice included, couch microwave & refrigerator. Space to walk around. A lot of room for luggage and belongings.
Cons: Could've had more options at breakfast. Not a lot of hot food to pick from.
Location: Good location restaurants gas station nearby

Disssppointed

Everything appeared to be ok until we got bite by some little bugs. Talked to the front desk about it and they said they had no complaints

It was fine for a place to get some rest and a shower and a quick bite and then back on the road . front desk staff Nicole was very helpful.
