Friendly service, but did not have any local knowledge about the area. basic breakfast. very thin duvet/comforter and no cover, just flat sheets over and under. uncomfortable. no hand held shower, just one that was fixed to the wall.

Was try contact the Customer Service about REFUND IN FULL! They did not have a Capiton Closed in the ROOM and also MAID ISNT CLEANED AT ALL...A LOT OF DUST....Allergic to it.....I want REFUND IN FULL!!!!!! THANK YOU..PLease email me asap! Mrs. Barbie Phimmasone

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott does offer closed caption in every guest room. Our rooms are cleaned daily to Marriott standards and are inspected daily by the housekeeping supervisor prior to being rented.

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: Clean & Friendly
Location: N/A
The hotel was close to the highway, had the regular amenities for a stop over plus a bar/bistro. Looked like a good location but didn't have time to enjoy everything around us.

Good Value

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Was expecting a limited continental breakfast but also included waffle maker, sausage and eggs. Breakfast attendant was very sweet and accomodating. Delicious coffee. Deadbolt on our door was broken but there's a metal latch you can fold over. Also I got a little spooked as window was open about four inches. I was able to lock it. Front desk clerk apologized for these items and filled out the repair request right in front of me as we were checking out. I was traveling with my husband but I would have asked to change my room if I was alone. Very quiet. No noise heard from outside or other rooms.
