Staff was okay. Biggest problem was they over booked. Didn’t have our right room available. We were told to come down the next more and check they will have one. Then they didn’t. So never did actually get the room we booked. I guess that because we booked through Expedia. Guaranteed a room just not the one you book. So I guess don’t book through a 3rd party and you will be okay. Also do not go to the Italian restaurant downstairs. Waited over and hour to be sealed then over and hour to actually get out food after we ordered. The bar in the lobby is great. But the restaurant attached to the hotel is terrible.

the staff were very helpful and welcoming particularly as my phone died as I arrived at the hotel. My suite was clean . Only negative was TV remote in living area needed new batteries.
