Perfect location as the hotel is located right opposite train station. It is on Glacier Express route, very convenience as we arrived from St Moritz. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Our room had a balcony facing the station, it was surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommended for traveller who like to visit Zermatt without having to pay high price accommodation.

Excellent location, very clean rooms.
Very clean rooms, room 207 has a big balcony. Unbeatable location, literally 1 min to Brig Station. Breakfast could be a little better. Overall excellent.

The person who the receptionist was extremely helpful. He even found me a magnet. I don’t know the other hotel in Brig but this one definitely deserve to be stayed because of him.

It's location is really excellent, just opposite of the train station. The room I stayed was directly facing the train station, and a mountain! It can be a bit of noise when train station is busy but it was not a problem to me. I saw many people who are going to ski, they make the town so lively.

It was advertised as free self parking but none was available on arrival so had to pay for street parking until 7pm. The hotel has 5 or 6 metered parking spaces in front of the hotel and if available will give you a paper to put on your car dash for free parking. This is only valid until 10am so if staying a second night as we had planned you would have to pay for parking. The hotel is across from train station so perfect location when you don't have a car. Breakfast food was mediocre but service was good.

I recommend this hotel when you visit Switzerland.
It’s located near the train station that can easily bring you to all part of Switzerland. And also Italy. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Right next to Glacia Express
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I had a baby (less than 2) with me and all is good with the stay. Very convinient location, right infront of the station and Glacia Express track. Coop and Migroes juz a few hundreds meters away.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very near to the train station in Brig. They alo had an excellent breakfast buffet. The room is clean and spacious but a little dated. Also, the noise from other room can be heard from the room. Over-all my wife and I like it and would definitely book this hotel if we go back to Brig in the future.

Very nice older building on the outside, but inside needs updating. Great location near train station, easy to walk to city sites, has a good outdoor/indoor restaurant on site. The first person who checked in didn't speak very clear English so it was unclear how parking worked, but the next morning the concierge was much better and explained things much better. They have 7 parking spaces out front at meters but will give you a pass to put on your car dash, not sure what happens if they run out of parking spaces? Good internet.

Ideal hotel for train or bus connections.
The hotel was very convenient for train and bus connections-literally opposite! It was located at the beginning of the main street in Brig. Staff and owners were very obliging and helpful. Building itself was of traditional character and very clean. Breakfast was fine.

We stayed for five wonderful days. Excellent service and delightful staff. Delicious local perch dinner at the restaurant. We had a car but Patrick suggested the local bus to Lucerne which was way easier than driving. He had us take the boat trip to the cogwheel up Mt. Polaris for the expansive view where we walked the flower trail. Lots still blooming at the end of August. Day trips to Grindelwald taking First and Murren to the Blumenthal trail for hiking and fantastic views of Jungfrau, Eiger, and Monch. Last day a side trip through Lagnau to Bern. Perfect location for day trips without having to pack and move around.

Great Hotel opp station
Its right opposite BRIG Station making it very convenient to move around.... Hotel was good and room was great with nice view of the mountains. Complimentary coffee and WiFi was available. Staff is was very helpful and courteous.

Hotel Victoria is located directly opposite the railway station and is an ideal base for exploring the Valais region of Switzerland. Room was clean, comfortable, a bit basic, but good value for the money.

Never had the chance to sleep there!
I checked in and then found that I needed to take a train out in a couple of hours so I never actually slept there at all. The lobby was welcoming and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I had booked a single room and as I am finding very frequently, rooms for singles are not always the best that the hotel has to offer. The location was perfect, especially considering the circumstances!

Victoria Hotel, Brig
Location, location, location. Very close to train station but not noisy. Easy walk up to old part of town. Comfortable beds, very clean. Restaurant alongside, don't even need outdoor boots or coats to get there. A family-run hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Would - and have - recommended to other people.

This was a beautiful hotel and conveniently located across the street from the train station. Noise was not a problem. Brig is fairly small so its location was great. The room was bigger than standard (we had a double) with a small balcony and great views. The room and hotel were clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
